Quoted over £100 for service of my DKNY watch and Watch Hub did a marvellous job for half the price. Rang me to confirm they had received the watch and then rang back a few days later to say it was ready. Very impressed with the service and would recommend highly to anyone. Thank you for sorting a very sentimental item.

I have a solar charging watch for which the battery had discharged too far so had died. I had tried numerous locations for getting this fixed, including the UK branch of the manufacturer and nobody was interested. I tried Rpair.com, and Watch Hub were the only ones to return a quote.
Throughout the repair process, the communication was absolutely first-rate; I was always informed what was going on, how long it would take and what it would cost.
I can't comment on how competitive the price was as there were no other quotes, but it certainly seemed very reasonable to me.
Couldn't recommend more highly.

Very occasionally as a customer you receive service that is of such a superior standard that it stays with you. My experience with Nathan Davies @ the Peterborough branch was truly exceptional. The hour hand on my watch was running fast, nobody was interested in helping me out until I found Watch hub. Quality communication; Nathan displayed great knowledge of his craft, they charged me a fair price & returned the watch to me very promptly with a 12 month guarantee. I had a Vostok Komandirskie that needed a new movement. They spoke to me on the phone soon after I emailed them, and outlined what the price could be depending upon the issue. Once they had the watch in to examine I had another call outlining/confirming the problem. The watch was returned quickly and the estimate was exact. All up front, and if I wasn't happy with the price I could have had the watch returned at no charge (except, I think, a few quid for postage). Great service at a fair price. I know where I'll be taking my next repairs.

Sent my Gucci watch to be repaired as it was loosing time. The watch hub gave me a price over the phone and I sent it away.
I was a bit apprehensive in doing this but the communication was great, called me when they received it, assessed it and when it would be returned.
The watch came back to me like a brand new watch all cleaned and shiny 😁
Def recommend and their prices are a fraction of what Gucci would have charged.

Sent my citizen eco watch to them as the Capacitor had packed up, they replaced that and cleaned my watch sent it back in 10 days. Excellent Service

I’d been putting up with my Armani wrist watch showing a quarter past nine for months but never had the time to pop into a jewellers to have the battery replaced.
I’ve probably passed Watch Hub in Queensgate a dozen times before looking online and reading the incredible reviews for Nathan.
I popped in yesterday and wasn’t disappointed.
Nathan immediately reassured me I was in safe hands for a battery replacement. Nathan advised he would have to re-seal the watch and would give it a polish.
Nathan remarked on how the black leather strap was worn and on its last legs,he found an affordable match.
Nathan advised it would take approximately half an hour,which impressed me as anyone could simply pop in and shop whilst collecting on exit of the centre.
I called back later to be presented with what looked like a brand new watch,no more quarter past nine!
Nathan is brilliant and I highly recommend.

A pin in the strap of my Rolex Explorer had just about worn through and the strap itself had become worn and dulled. Posted the watch off and a day later received a call saying that everything had already been fixed (at an incredibly reasonable price) and watch cleaned and it was already back in the post. I had my repaired watch back within 1 week - absolutely brilliant.

I asked for information & a quote regarding a battery replacement & seal for my Emporio Armani watch. I received a speedy & comprehensive reply from Nathan with details on how to proceed. This company was able to easily and affordably repair 3 watches that had been deemed un repairable by their manufacturers repair shops. Excellent service. I now have a lot of working watches!

The Peterborough Store gave SUPER quick service went above and beyond to make sure the new batteries were put in and watches were ready as we had an urgent appointment that we couldn't miss.. Cannot recommend highly enough as the gentleman was very informative and made it a pleasant shopping experience.

I had an estimate to replace the broken glass on my Skagen watch for £80 from another company. This was so excessive I considered buying a new watch then I found Watch Hub who did a fantastic job for £25 - not the exact glass front but it looks great and stronger. Very positive experience with Watch Hub. I dealt with Nathan in the Peterborough office who kept me informed of progress for the cleaning and battery replacement for my Seiko Diver's watch. It has been pressure tested. I sent the watch by Royal Mail Special Delivery and it was returned to me by Watch Hub in perfect working condition within a week. High praise for this company.

Absolutely amazing service from the guys at Watch hub who kindly fixed my Michael Kors watch. Their customer service was second to none with friendly updates on the process and very quick return delivery.

Excellent outcome when using WatchHub.

Nathan was most helpful. Explained best way to post watch to them. Cost was as quoted , despite more parts than anticipated. Watch repaired and returned in less time than they said too. Phoned with an update and payment made by phone.

Will recommend to friends if appropriate.

So unusual to find helpful, efficient, quick, competent customer service anywhere nowadays.

What a great service!!! I have an antique Gucci wristwatch which I was told by the manufacture was no longer supported and couldn't be repaired....Not the case. When I spoke to Nathan at Watch Hub he told me what he thought needed to be done to my watch and that he could look at it with no obligation. What then followed was an extremely efficient and satisfying experience of quality service. Watch Hub contacted me as soon as my watch arrived with them, explained the cost involved (which where very reasonable) and I agreed to the work. Within three days the my watch was back with me and working perfectly.
I will certainly be returning when the need arises and would recommend this 10/10 service to anyone else.
