Wasatch Peaks Credit Union - Roy Branch Arvostelua 13

I have been a member since I was a little girl. It has changed names several times. But since 1990 till present I have to say that I have absolutely never had a problem with this credit union. I realize this is a strong statement, but true. With different transactions from going through a divorce and both of us banking here regularly we are very happy. The people are kind, yet proform business ethically. I always get a call when there is an issue. They seem to be on top of all accounts.
My parents signed me up at an early age with several credit unions. The most prominent one in Utah to the time I am writing this review are still making mistakes and never seem to know what is going on.
I am now only a member at Wasatch Peaks and have and will always do my business here. Thank you for always being there for me.

Easy to accomplish task. Friendly service.

If you want a financial institution who will back you up when fraud is committed on your account, then this is the right place to be. Fraud of more than 200.00 was committed on my (minor) son's account. They said we had to file a police report, which we did and returned to them. The money was sent to two separate PayPal accounts. When we tried to deal with PayPal, PayPal said we had to deal with Wasatch Peaks. PayPal was absolutely no help and caused my wife to be quite stressed out. This financial institution got my son's money back in his account and reversed all of the fees caused as a result of the fraud. Thank you Wasatch Peaks!!!

I was looking for a credit union that had a helpful staff and a personal touch. I felt like Wasatch Peaks Credit Union Roy location offered that. I have many questions about not only keeping my credit good, but growing stronger. I need help understanding maximizing the benefits of a credit union, and they are always willing to help with questions, not only about credit and banking, but about the technology available and how to use it. I can't say enough about their personal and professional responses to their members.

This location is the best to go to I was very impressed by the staff they are very attentive and just by going a few times they now my first and last name very impressive to me and they are always quick inside and outside in the lines.. love this place.. I will always recommend wasatch peaks to everyone they are very convieniet.

I was helped by the Branch Manager Lori. She was very nice and explained all of the process including any questions regarding the process or how the credit report came back.

It was news to me that having great credit didn't qualify for the best rate unless there was a history of an auto loan on the report, but my wife was able to qualify for the lower rate so it worked out.

The COVID-19 actions taken by the branch were very good and I was helped in a prompt manner to complete the Loan Process in a couple days.

From the day I walked in there and applied for my Kia loan everybody has been awesome. The app works great, the people are great. I have to say this is one of the best credit unions, and the easiest credit unions that I've been with! Thank-you Wasatch peaks CU!
