Warranties UK Arvostelua 

Communication is shocking! Cant even get through on the phone line! Wont even ring. Not replying to emails currently stuck with no vechile and no idea what to do. Paid this company alot of money for the warranty! Nothing back from them looks like im going to be out of pocket even more as going to have to pay for repairs to get my vechile back! Going to look at legal advice if this is even possible but i wouldnt recommed thisncomany at all!!!!!!

I have now been waiting for an update on a policy for nearly 13 days!!!

I keep being reassured I will get an update by cop last Wednesday. I have no car - 3 young children - 1 of them is 2 weeks old. I need my car or at the very least an update from them!

We currently have no mode of transport - and child that needs hospital check ups. Despite staff always being friendly on the phone there is no follow up.

We have a £3.5k head gasket bill and today our monthly direct debit has not gone through…. Hmmm all seems very suspicious.

Can someone please contact me TODAY!!! I just need to know what my policy covers!!!!!!!

I honestly can’t praise John McLoughlin from Warranties UK enough. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, down to earth and so easy to talk to. He made the whole experience feel comfortable and straightforward, taking the time to listen, explain everything clearly and make sure I felt looked after.

What really stood out to me was that he went above and beyond what I expected. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about helping people, and John definitely gave me that impression. He didn’t make me feel like just another customer; he made sure I was supported and that everything was done to the best of his ability.

It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is approachable, professional and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. John is a real credit to Warranties UK, and I hope his efforts are recognised because customer service like this deserves to be acknowledged.

I spoke with John Mcloughlin, he explained everything really well. I have owned my car for 4 weeks and had to put a claim in which has gone really well, no problems whatsoever. Excellent service.

I got my warranty through and these guys.I was told i wouldnt have to pay for nothing on the car as everything is cover well it wasnt and i had to pay a lot money for the repairs they take 1400 off you then they will not pay for any repairs the no electricks add blue pumps non of them covered so stay well clear

A brilliant advice from her and the team in general but the fact is that my advisor has got the best advice and the most important thing is that she knows what she’s talking about i will be recommending her as number one best advisor
