My experience with Warymsender was... a nightmare

The company took no effort to alert me to bounce errors in my email campaign - tanking my domain reputation, this is unacceptable. No decent reason (or even excuse) given by the provider.

It's clear that the majority of positive reviews here are fake!! So let's even the score with a few real ones. Don't believe me?

I have used their services for warming up my domain, every single emails I have sent for the past 24 hours had a "delivery incomplete" error. Beware.

Dangerous bugs, dismissive support, zero refund

This tool actively put my business at risk. It blew past my LinkedIn daily sending limit — 33 messages sent against a limit of 20 — because they were making undisclosed backend changes while users were live in the app. One wrong message reaching the wrong person could have damaged my LinkedIn account and brand permanently. The app had been live for just two months, and it showed: broken personalisation variables, LinkedIn campaigns routing to the wrong channel, a leads database that kept failing, and bounce rates not being recorded at all.
When I raised these issues, support took days to respond despite advertising 24-hour turnaround. No apology was ever offered — just blame shifted to “cache issues” and “backend changes.”
I requested a full refund. Refused. They cancelled my subscription and kept the money. A company that sells itself on protecting your outreach reputation while quietly breaking your sending limits and then refusing accountability deserves exactly this rating.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
