NEVER order from this company

NEVER order from this company. I ordered sculpture for over $300 and so small. tried to return but no return process on website and had to ship back via Fed EX at my own cost of over $200 to exact address from where shipped to me (China) and Fed Ex tried to deliver but they refused return delivery in China. Sent email and no response from company and now Fed Ex sending back to me as undeliverable! Worst company ever! Now I have to try to dispute charge on my card

$399 wall clock arrived damaged

$399 wall clock arrives damaged. Plus installation instructions INCOMPLETE. Customer service number listed in installation manual list number in China that does not answer. Only US number in TX, only has bot answering machine. Only customer service is info@warmlyhome. 10 day return policy not realistic on a product that is damaged, with no effective responsive customer service.

Company threatens to deny return on damaged product.

Terrible customer service

TOTAL SCAM! I am trying to return a rug, but customer service is non-existent. Several times I have called the phone number listed, emailed, sent messages on Instagram and on Facebook and still have gotten no response. SO disappointing. I do not recommend this company and would NEVER purchase from them again.

Great service and great product!

I love this rug! The pattern was a bit more....blurry than in the photos but still so great and cool looking. It's also super soft, great to sit on and looks fabulous!

I am asking for the address for return with no answer. We are not satisfied with the quality of the rug at all, unfortunately.

Very satisfied with this shopping.

I have bought and used the rugs several months ago, this is my first-time buy goods from the online store.

The delivery time is not very fast, I got the rugs need about 8 days, but when I see the design and quality, I feel is deserve to wait.

I used this rug nearly half-year, it is perfect for my home. For me, very satisfied with this shopping.
