Let me preface this review and say that I ordered two HEX Ceiling lights (black and yellow) right before the full blown COVID-19 lockdown hit in January 2020.

Our delivery of the lights was delayed a bit more than usual which we expected and understandable for the current conditions. Upon receiving the lights and reviewing whether I wanted to keep them, I decided that they just didn't meet my expectations. I took pictures and shared with the Warmly customer support via email and received very prompt responses. The ultimate resolution was that Warmly issued me a full refund (which was returned back to my credit card in 2 business days).

I have to admit that I was reluctant I wasn't going to receive a refund based on some of the reviews shown on this site, but Mark from the Warmly customer support team was very accommodating and addressed my situation to my full satisfaction and because of that response, I'd encourage others to shop on Warmly with confidence knowing that Warmly is just trying to sell a product and is willing to hold up their end of their guarantee.

We ordered something about two months ago and it has still not arrived. We even wrote some emails and never got a reply. We immediately want our money back. Otherwise we have to take legal action!

I mistakenly placed 2 orders yesterday 7th April 2020 due to somehow misunderstanding how to leave checkout and go back. The orders were virtually the same but but I mistakenly added items to the first order due to an offer of a further 30% reduction.

I have received no notification of these orders by email 1 day later.

Fortunately I paid via PAYPAL and having checked my account both payments have been made.

Having read the reviews on this page I WANT TO CANCEL BOTH ORDERS IMMEDIATELY.

Also there is supposed to be a CHAT widget which I am not seeing!!!!!!!!

Horrible!!! Bought 2 lamps, 1 has never worked, the other is the size of a matchbox.
I will be very careful to be sure I know where the product is made. Junk from China is cheap, can’t be returned and is JUNK!!

Defective product, lonf delivery time from China, no product info, no installation info, and only respond by email (every 2 days and incompetent agents can't even answer two questions). Bad company and bad product. You've been warned!!!

I bought a lamp last January, I still have not receive it and customs asks me to pay now 136€!!!. I have been asking for the invoice and it took them to send it 3 weeks.
I will never buy again.

th e worst experience of my life.stupid answers about the long long time of waiting .the only care about the money dont shop from them.finally the told me that i will receive my items from china and when i said i dont want a virus in my house the y didnt know what to answer.they sent back stupid mails just to buy more time for their bad bad bad servise.i bought something 31 of january and still nothing .i just want back my money

My transaction with your Company was efficient and painless...just as one expects. The product was quality and I am very pleased with it. I will most assuredly be a return customer especially when I am looking for that certain piece of jewelry to finish off my project. Thanks.

Hallo, I ordered the Oberon U hanging lights and they are just like in the photos. I have to share that i had some difficulties with customs clearance process and I had always support by Warmly Decor Customer Support Team, they were effective and a precious help in the process. Great Team

I contacted this company prior to purchasing one of their lights and asked if I could have a customer length on the light fixture. They responded and said yes, just place the order and then contact us after the order has been placed and we'll make the adjustment. I contacted them immediately after the order and they are not responding. They've sent me emails about the shipping timeline but zero acknowledgement about the custom length. Unfortunately the fixture will not work if I dont get the right length and I dont want to waste the money. I'm hoping that if I post here the company will actually respond before they ship the product.

Be prepared for the wait. Some items were received 6.5 weeks after ordering. Some shipped sooner. However, that being said, I am satisfied with the products. The Wren sky garden planter lamp is certainly unique and looks great! I can't speak to function as it is not installed yet but hoping all will be well.

I purchased a couple of high value items beg of Jan20 for £2,700 of which only 1 item @£120 has been delivered that being of inferior quality and nothing like the picture on line. I have asked for the paperwork to make a return to which I have had no reply.

I have had on and off email communications with one of their Customer Services staff known as Mark however all I am told is the goods have been shipped which is what they confirmed a few weeks before!

Fortunately since my purchases are via American Express I am insured and they are processing a refund.
Amex will deal directly with Warmly to recover the money.

#22683, i am not getting any response from warmlydecor, my order was supposed to arrived in 20 days but it didn't. i want to get in contact with the warmlydecor team but they don't reply to my e-mails.

is this a fake site? will i get my product or my money back? what can i do?

I am trying to return two items from order #18131 but cannot get a response to my email requests (I have sent 5 emails over the past 45 days). I also cannot find a customer service phone number to call.

The two lights I want to return are much too bright (the wattage info was not in the product details when I purchased them so I didn't know how bright they would be). Additionally, one of the lights sent to me was not the color I ordered.

Quality very average. Lighting cannot be used in NZ as a Safety NZ certificate cannot be provided. should not be selling to countries where products cannot even be used.

I ordered for the first time from Warmly and I'm realy impressed from the quick and correct response and service. I'll definitely use this supplier for our next projects.

My order was confirmed more than 6 weeks ago. Up to date I haven’t received any updates etc. I have sent multiple emails. Guess what - no reply!!

When will my order arrive or is this just a scheme to steal people’s money!
