Lovely product safely delivered
Jars came within a few days, all safe and beautifully packaged up securely in fully recyclable packaging. Will definitely be getting my jam making kit from here again.

Very helpful
Very helpful, as always on the telephone. The delivery was prompt and to the correct place. In fact the only difficulty I ever have is so much to choose from! Hopefully I will be ordering fairly regularly fo many years to come.

Really excellent service
Really excellent service. The Le Parfait glass jars and the bottles were delivered quickly and the packaging was very secure. All of the items are in good working order.

Room for improvement in packaging
I’ve been happy with this company, but unfortunately, two bottles in my recent order arrived broken. The packaging wasn’t very secure, which caused the damage during delivery. I like their products and would like to continue ordering if the packaging is improved.
