Still haven’t received my order since March! And it’s September! Who can I contact… please be aware this is a scam bomb ass company!

If there were less than one I would’ve put it! These people are just stealing money. I’m waiting for my order since may 21st they charged me and never send me the product!!!!

I have more than 5 orders I am still waiting on, When I reached out to customer service they said they will get back with me. Never happened and was giving me credits buy more items. We need to find out where we can be refunded.

Didn't order anything but apparently created an account few years ago and just got confirmation that my personal information got leaked to dark web from Wanelo. Nice.

I ordered in December, 2022 Jan and feb 2023 3 different orders I have sent msgs since April 3023 and keep getting responses from someone named ally stating they’re working on the return and every month I follow up and nothing
Terrible loss learned my lesson I guess

I will never order from Wanelo ever again they are scammers they stole my money I ordered from them back in June I never got my stuff or money back so now I going to have to fight for my money back, we can’t let them get away with scamming us all of us that have been scammed by Wanelo we have to fight for our money back because what this company did is not right:

I am beyond sick . I ordered four items in May of 2023 , I have reached out to Wanelo over multiple times to find out what happened to my purchase or if I was going to get them or if they could refund me. Not only did I get the same automated Message back , they would not refund me. So not the site is shut down for good and I guess all of us got scammed. I am utterly sick .

My advice don't buy anything from him I had 6 order since last year I didn't receive yet the customer service just answer me after a week we r sorry will contact the seller and nothing happened but what is happened later they not allowed my to open the site again 😄because I advice the people to not buy anything they are a fraud

I've ordered several items and I never received the items or a refund.

They are just scam. I ordered something, and they charge me and I’ve never received anything!!! I’m just writing this review to save other people money from this unreal and stealer app!

I made 3 orders on december 24,2022 and today’s day 07/20/2023 I have not received
I have sent more than 10 emails at customer service and the only answer is we are preparing or maybe the seller doesn’t have the product, but I hav not received my orders neither the Money, Don’t buy on Wanelo the only things they do is stole your money

I’ve emailed for 4 months for a refund for items I purchased for a vacation back in April, it’s July. They don’t send your orders they don’t refund you. I hope they go to prison for selling the knock off stuff they sell that they don’t actually ship out.

Ordered a bunch of sneakers off of Wanelo and they never got back to me. I called left messages.only thing they did say was there on it and they never did anything about the situation and it makes me upset is they say you can have their trust if something happens with your order they are a scam.

They still my money.I ordered an item since January, now it's 7 months, I haven't received anything.No money back .They keep sending credit $5.Same answer from customer service,since per their policy that have to answer something....

0 STARS!!! DO NOT order from this place. This is a scam. I ordered in January 2023 and 6 months later I still have no product and no refund. I have been communicating with “customer service” and they keep saying there is a high volume. They emailed me in June 2023 and stated that it is too late to provide me a refund and when I replied stating that I was going to report them they asked me how I would like my redund(credited to my account or to my original form of payment). I replied stating that I wanted it back on my card and they responded a week later stating once again that there is a high volume and they don’t know when my issue will be resolved. I contacted one of the vendors directly and they stated that they can not provide me with a refund because Wanelo has not paid them for their products/orders for the past year then told me that if I wanted the product they can ship it out if I send them more money directly through PayPal. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES! It has been 9 months and I have not received product or a refund for over $400! They have given me the run around for months and now just don’t respond at all. They claim to have a guarantee which is the only reason I even ordered from them. I am currently speaking with an attorney now. BEWARE!!!!

If I can give 0 no star is better because I waiting from January and February the product that I buyed and this no arrive yet, the customer care said that no return of money at this time , they unknow the location of the products because the purchases are pending, bad, bad, really bad....
