Walser - nur das Beste für Ihr Auto Arvostelua 

Mir wurde die falschen Bodenmatten zugeschickt, obwohl ich den korrekten Fahrzeugausweis und alle angaben vom Auto im Voraus mitgeteilt hatte. Schade, Geld aus dem Fenster geworfen. Gruss an alle

Habe mehrmals bei Walser bestellt. Jede Bestellung wurde zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt.

Produkte sind gut und entsprechen der Beschreibung.

Der Stoff hat eine gute Qualität!
Die Bezüge lassen sich leicht montieren!
Obwohl ich das Automodell angegeben habe passen sie jedoch nicht optimal auf die Sitze und verrutschen immer wieder!
Beim montieren sind die Bänder zum fixieren der Bezüge sofort eingerissen!
Alles in allem sind sie aber für den Preis in Ordnung!

Leider ist der Tank undicht - was sehr ärgerlich ist. Auch das einfüllen gelingt nicht, da undicht !

Habe Walser im Netz entdeckt & das Angebot für einen Schonbezug Rückbank Universal weckte mein Interesse! Kurzum von der Bestellung am 3.5. bis zur Lieferung am 8.5. alles ohne Probleme! Somit kann ich Walser zu 💯% weiterempfehlen,bei Bedarf gerne wieder 👍👍👍

Habe mir eine Halbgarage für einen VW T-roc Cabrio bestellt. Laut der Internetseite steht hinter den Beispielen, dass ich die Größe 8 SUV brauche. Als ich diese ausgewählt habe und die Fahrzeugdaten eingab zum überprüfen, sagte mir die Internetseite das die Größe 8 SUV NICHT passt sondern die Größe 7 SUV. Also habe ich die Größe 7 SUV bestellt. Nun ist sie hinten zu kurz und nicht einmal das Komplette Dach ist zugedeckt ( Heckklappe garnicht). Geworben wird mit umtausch Garantie ohne wenn und aber wenn sie nicht passt. Leider kommt von Walser nur die antwort " die passt" trotz Foto und vielleicht nochmal selber überprüfen. NIE WIEDER!!!

Commande d'un housse extérieur après vérification de la compatibilité avec mon véhicule. Produit livré, dans les temps et conforme au descriptif. Mais après quelques mois d'utilisation la housse commence a se percer. Après échange avec le SAV la garantie ne s'applique pas car mon véhicule est équipé d'origine d'un aileron. Dommage !! Cela ne n'a jamais été précisé lors de la commande !!

Von der Bestellung und Zustellung bis hin zum Produkt (Kofferraummatte VW T-Cross) und Qualität alles perfekt.

À éviter absolument cette société qui n'est pas sérieuse !

DHL retient le colis à Bochum Allemagne pour soi-disant dédouanement... QUEL DÉDOUANEMENT ??? Nous sommes en UE !

De plus, ils utilisent Bpost et DHL... Sachant que BPost a fait grève durant 1 mois en Belgique...
Aucun respect envers le client final...
Monsieur Walser , il est temps de changer votre management, continuer à travailler avec des sociétés de mauvaise qualité comme BPOST...

I purchased a boot liner for my Mercedes W213 estate from Walser, expecting a high-quality, heavy-duty rubber product with a non-slip finish. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been disappointing despite some positives.

Firstly, the shipment was significantly delayed without clear communication. I then received a notice from the courier stating that customs charges were due. I contacted the seller to explain that this made the purchase disproportionately expensive and that I would prefer to cancel the order and have it returned. Instead of resolving this, the company asked me to pay the customs charges upfront and assured me they would reimburse me later.

Looking back on this experience, I should have declined to pay the customs charges and allowed the product to be returned at that stage.

The product eventually arrived much later than expected. On the positive side, the liner itself appears to be made from good-quality, non-slip rubber as advertised. However, it does not fit the vehicle properly, which defeats the purpose of purchasing a tailored product.

To add to the frustration, the company has asked me to provide my bank details and personal information in order to process a refund. This is not acceptable. I paid via PayPal, and any refund should be issued through the same method. Requesting sensitive financial details unnecessarily raises concerns about data security and professionalism.

Overall, I feel misled by this experience and, frankly, the way this has been handled gives the impression of a lack of honesty and transparency. Between the delays, unexpected charges, poor fit, and inappropriate refund process, this has been a very unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I never received my order to find after 3 weeks the item has been returned? Not sure I trust this company. Let's hope I get a full refund 🤞

Die bestellte und von Walser gelieferte Kofferraum Abdeckung entspricht genau meinen Erwartungen.
Sie passt perfekt und der Geruch von neuem Kunststoff ist minim.

Devo ancora ricevere il mio ordine ma francamente sono piuttosto delusa dal servizio clienti. Sto avendo un problema con la consegna del pacco da parte di DHL e quando li ho contattati se ne sono lavati le mani dicendo che loro non possono contattare DHL Italia per rimettere in consegna il mio pacco. Tutto questo non è accettabile. Acquisto spesso online e quando c'è stato un problema di consegna tutte le aziende sono intervenute per risolverlo. Come è corretto che sia visto che una delle loro responsabilità è che il pacco raggiunga il cliente. A questo punto spero di riuscire a reperire il pacco e spero che quantomeno il prodotto sia di qualità dopo tutto questo sbattimento e dopo il costo elevato sostenuto.

Walser non è mai intervenuta con DHL per risolvere il problema. Risultato? Pacco chissà dove. Per fortuna ho pagato con Klarna e ho aperto contestazione con loro. Prima e l'ultima volta che ordino da questi non professionisti. Meno male che sono tedeschi e si vantano di essere migliori di tutti.

Walser sempre più vergognosa. Nonostante esista una normativa europea che li obbliga ad assicurarsi che la consegna sia stata effettuata correttamente, continuano a rifiutarsi di intervenire. Spero che Klarna dia loro una batosta per bene. Servizio da terzo mondo letteralmente. Intanto il mio telo anti grandine non è stato consegnato e non verrà mai consegnato visto che DHL si rifiuta inspiegabilmente. Non ordinate da questi incompetenti se non volete vivere l'incubo che vivo io!

Passt hervorragend in unseren X3 Hybrid und schaut wirklich ordendlich aus. Preis/Leistung TOP!

Das Produkt ist genauso wie ich mir das vorgestellt habe. Kann nur die Fa. Walser loben. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Lieferung. Immer wieder.

je ne recommande pas cette société pour plusieurs problèmes de qualité rencontrés avec une "Bâche de Voiture Anti-grêle Perma Protect SUV, Récompense Très Bon* Housse de Protection Anti-grêle, Certifié par Le TÜV 3098ti UV " - suite à une déchirure j'apprends que la bâche ne doit pas rester en permanence sur le véhcule ! ce qui occasionne de multiples problèmes ! une autre bâche vous est conseillée qui vaut le double en prix. Par ailleurs, la qualité n'est pas des meilleures.....les élastiques ne sont pas assez forts ni assez épais, les lanières ne sont pas cousues au bon endroit et il manque plusieurs cm pour recouvrir l'avant du véhicule alors qu'elle est soit disant adaptée à votre véhicule....bref, je ne recommande absolument pas. Consternant un service qui me dit que je ne les ai pas contactés ! et la proposition de réduction l'ai je inventée ??? franchement Walser est à fuir car il y a manifgestement un manque de sérieux et d'organisation...

Ware sehr gut, schneller Versand, transparenter Bestell- und Lieferprozess, kurz: alles tip-top, kann nicht besser gemacht werden.

Also ich bin zufrieden passt alles würde jederzeit wieder einkaufen
