The coaches have extensive experience and provide you high quality and fast advice. They also have extremely informative modules and make it easy to do the right things efficiently.

I met Kristin Irish for my onboarding call on March 23rd, 2026. The meeting was extremely helpful, and she was extremely munificent. However, the meeting made me really anxious. I understand that being as well-informed as possible is the best approach to succeed in investment banking. I think that having too much information thrown at you can get really overwhelming and anxiety-inducing. I also did find that she spoke rapidly, and I had to ask her multiple times to reclarify.

Max and Sam have been great at helping me establish habits when it came to recruiting.

WSMM was a great investment. It helped me land a bulge bracket offer from a non-target and navigate the process with little stress. I was able to land an offer from a bulge-bracket firm with the help of the coaches from WSMM. WSMM offers a more comprehensive video resource to study for the technicals beyond the 400-question guide. In addition to that, I was able to get all my questions answered through interaction with coaches and during office hours. As for the behavioral part, WSMM has amazing coaches who helped craft and revise all my stories in a more structured way. Before, I had no idea what the best way to answer "tell me about yourself" was. Most importantly, I did many rounds of mock interviews with coaches and have received very constructive feedback to further improve my interview skills.

Great network/coaches. Really know what they're doing and stay on top of things. Also really helpful resources to prepare for technical and behavioral questions, in addition to mock interviews. Would recommend for those trying to break into IB. The ROI is just too great.

Just based on the onboarding call I felt very organized in what I need to do and when. Theres obviously a lot thrown at you at once but I do not think this is a bad thing whatsoever, the beginning of the modules explain how to keep up to date and manage your time well, which is certainly necessary during the recruiting process. All in all, I really have no complaints and the coaching has been very informative and always available.
