I made a mistake with my ordering, and Wardan was extremely helpful - friendly, speedy and effective.

Absolutely first rate service, ordered quickly on the website, great value for money. A delivery date was given at time of order, this can be changed by the purchaser if not convenient.
Delivery was spot on as advertised, delivery updates were provided. The delivery driver carried the panels down the drive for my wife. FIVE STARS!

Im giving four stars as the tiles are perfect, the website seemed to crash sometimes when I was navigating around, when I tried to ring the customer service the lady was helpful but definitely didnt seem like she wanted to be there 😊 we all have off days! Other than that I got there in the end and im happy with the delivery etc and how my bathroom is looking so far!

We are absolutely delighted with these acoustic wall panels. We had been searching everywhere for this exact warm greige beige colour and simply couldn't find anything comparable. The quality of the panels is outstanding – they are beautifully finished, feel premium, and look even better in person than in the photos.

We would also like to give a special thank you to Josh from customer services. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the whole process. His excellent support made the experience even better.

I ordered just one sample tile came in a couple of days, good communication on when it would arrive. Unfortunately it wasn't the right colour but nothing wrong with the tile.

The company was very responsive and quick to supply me with the sample I required. My builder will be in contact with them no problem.

The web site is very good, customer service you can get in touch by phone and very helpful.

Tiles looked good but the match variety wasnt the best not bad could be better

Very nice, well made wall panels which came well packed. They look very smart in my dining room. Courteous delivery men and good contact re. delivery dates and times, although my delivery was put back a day at short notice, which could have been inconvenient.
