Wallpaper Empire Arvostelua 20

I’ve used this company before and product & delivery excellent beautiful Italian wallpaper,this time I ordered some more different paper from them origin Germany again excellent quality & delivery, I wish I had more rooms to do.

Needed a specific tin of paint for our hallway. Ordered and collected from the warehouse with no issues. Great communication as it was the bank holiday weekend. Thanks guys.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a roll of wallpaper and paid £5 extra for next day delivery. Their website states the cut off point was 12o'clock for next day delivery and my order was placed on 21st March and finally got delivered on 26th! Have contacted them twice asking what did I pay extra for as it certainly wasn't for next day delivery. No reply to both emails. Won't be using this company again and my advice would be to buy elsewhere.

I personally had a very positive experience with this company. I was trying to find discontinued wallpaper. I messaged this company who responded and went out of their way to find me some rolls. I was happy with the whole process. Communication was excellent.

I ordered an item from this company for delivery by 6th June the item missed its delivery date and it’s taken till today (13th June to get my money back.

Dreadful service and communication.

Ordered Dulux brilliant white MATT paint with this company on Amazon and they sent me Dulux brilliant white SILK emulsion which is no use to me and not what I ordered.
I have sent them a message on Amazon saying I want a full refund as not paying for something that I did not order and had no response at all. If this company does not refund me I shall be contacting my legal team as they have stole my money and sent me the wrong product!

Found wallpaper on this site, at £5 per roll cheaper than Amazon. Ordered 8 rolls, (Saving £40). Slight hiccup with the ordering process, (Did not receive an order confirmation email after paying by PayPal. This made me feel like I was being scammed, then reading the other Trustpilot reviews, convinced me I was being scammed). I needn’t have worried, 26 hours after placing my order, the 8 rolls of wallpaper were delivered. Still haven’t received a confirmation email, hence only 4 stars.

We were looking for a particular batch number for some wallpaper that we ordered from a different supplier as they refused to help us.
We called Wallpaper empire who were very helpful, we were told that they would call us back in 30mins, within 10mins we had a call to say they had the paper and they would post it out to us. The parcel arrived within 2days free of delivery charge.
We cannot fault wallpaper empire, excellent service and one very happy and grateful customer!

Don't touch this firm. No response when paint didn't arrive, Took ages to get my money back through Paypal. They lure you in with products they don't have.

We were trying to find a particular colour of Dulux paint which we used sometime ago but could not find it, we found it on Amazon from this company. We decided to look directly at Wallpaper Empire website, we found the colour and it was cheaper than Amazon.
Ordering was easily, paid via PayPal, ordered late on Friday paint arrived early on Thursday morning, would recommend and will use again.

Terrible seller order item send out wrong product bee trying to contact with regards to sending the correct product. Very poor communication .

I ordered a product on 19th September from Amazon - who in turn sub contracted supply to Wallpaper Empire.
I was initially advised that the product would be delivered 24th-26th September, which later became the 26th September. Nothing arrived and i enquired why. Wallpaper Empire responded on the 29th September: - 'we have posted the item, the issue comes down to an individual working for the Courier Company, i can offer a refund or resend, the driver may have lost damaged item'. Lots of conjecture but no explanation why I didn't receive my item on the 26th September. When i enquired again today, they said 'you didn't get a definitive reply we are sellers not couriers'. This is most unhelpful as i paid the seller in advance and my contract is with them, not the Courier.

Well 1st after ordering via the website and paying PayPal ,the form said failed to submit despite PayPal confirming they had been paid , I attempted to contact as they say 24/7 customer support ...4 days and no contact from them via email ,PayPal and Facebook ...all I wanted to know is if they had got my order ..but day 5 wallpaper arrived ,all 3 rolls were wrong and not what I ordered , now attempting to get them returned and refunded but having to go through resolution center at PayPal because they completely ignore everything .

You should look at their reviews on all online ordering platforms , eBay ,Amazon etc as plenty of similar stories on there.

originally sent the wrong size tin of clear satin varnish - the staff were brilliant and sent a replacement larger size - i am sure it was a genuine mistake - any way alls well that ends well -very satisfied with communication and will no doubt use this company again...

poor service, ordered some paint mid april 2020, still not received it or any replies from the company.

you should not be trading if you cannot supply or update customers

will report this to ebay.

I have made an order and they didn’t ship it yet and not respond my messages. Is there anyone who has ever received an order from them?

I have contacted you on Thursday and you said you are shipping on Friday . On Friday I contacted you again and you said Monday. We are on Tuesday and is still not dispatched.
Edited 14th April: You are not responding any of my emails. I still didn’t receive my order and you didn’t refund my payment. You said you have shipped it but you said you can’t provide a tracking. Confirmed absolutely not recommended to buy from them

I have made an order which I haven’t received I have messaged them on Facebook and have emailed them numerous times and had no reply totally rubbish service!

U don't get the order I have waited all day for my wallpaper and still ain't arrived

I have waited over a week for my parcel to come. The contact number on the websites do not work and numerous emails have been sent and no reply.
Avoid at all costs.
