A well organised trip which left little to do once we were on the walk. This meant we could enjoy walking the wall knowing that where we were staying each night was all sorted. Stand out overnight stop was the Oakwood Park Hotel, the owner even came and collected us after there was an issue with the arranged transport.

Our Hadrian's Wall walk was very well organised. Communication with the team at Walk with Williams was easy and efficient. They tailored the walk for us and were very amenable to all our suggestions. We received all the information for the walk in a timely manner before we set off and they were very organised. The accommodation and food were excellent, better than any other walking companies we have used. A thoroughly enjoyable trip.

St Cuthberts Way All the arrangement's with accommodation and taxis went smoothly. We had fabulous weather on the walk and the notes maps made it all very easy.

It was great to get up each day after a comfortable nights sleep in the organised accommodation and enjoy a good breakfast, leave our bags to be picked up and delivered onwards leaving us free to enjoy our days walking with just a daysack.
It could be perhaps emphasised that booking a meal in advance each night is pretty much essential, and more options suggested where possible. For instance we eventually chose the Crown and Anchor on Holy Island which was fabulous.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night 7 days walking. All very friendly, interesting and varied. Would have loved more baths!

We have used Walk With Williams to arrange many of our long walking distance holidays with our 2 Salukis. Every time the trips go like clockwork with fantastic and responsive support. We continue to place our trust in Matthew and Jo and have asked them to arrange The Coast to Coast for us later this year.

A well planned/organised walking trip , that represented good value for money , and went smoothly in all respects.The walk was tougher than we expected, but that could be down to age - I am 81 , and my wife is 78 - our fellow walkers were a bit younger . Beautiful countryside , and fine , if windy weather .

Had a fantastic trip with Walk With Williams, walking Hadrian’s Wall. Everything was prearranged so all we had to do was turn up and walk. Taxis were provided where necessary (between the route and B&B) and baggage transfer was seamless. Some of the B&Bs were exceptionally good.

The walk was nicely split up into manageable sections and everything turned up where it was supposed to. The brochure and paperwork that came with the walk were also very helpful.

The Walk with Williams team were very helpful during the booking process, we had a few questions which they were able to answer.
The accommodation and travel (from path to accommodation) was all arranged by the team and all went smoothly, they also arranged transport from the finish point back to the start.
The itinerary was well presented with good recommendation for evening meals and packed lunches for each day.
I would use Walk with Williams again for another long walk and would recommend to others.

Superb trip on the Ridgeway over 8 days. Really well organised by Walk with Williams from the accommodation to baggage transfers, it all went smoothly.

Great communication and planning of our trip that was not a regular one for the company. We really enjoyed our stays in the inn's and exploring the small Cotswolds towns and villages. Matthew was very helpful in accommodating all of our requests outside of the walking!

All accommodation and breakfast was good except for 1 place which did not do breakfast although they did have a small fridge which had a tiny pot of muesli in but no milk so we didnt bother with breakfast ,
Also 1 day when we finished our walk we had nearly 2 mile walk to our b and b which we didnt mind at all but a good mile of it was on a main road with no footpath, apparently there is a path that drops down thru fields and a valley but we didnt know about it, we were just told when u get to this lane, turn left and follow to our accommodation,
But overall we were very pleased,

Overall my experience was very good. Generally the B&B options were of a very high standard and better than I expected. 2 of the accommodation providers were a little further out after a long walk and one was a little old fashioned but overall I would say excellent. Walkwithwilliams were very helpful and easy to contact. I would certainly use them again.

St Cuthbert’s way is a beautiful walk in a beautiful part of the country with a wide and varied landscape.
The weather for our walk could not have been better and St Cuthbert’s way is so well marked across the whole route it’s vertically impossible to go wrong.
Our accommodation across the 7 days was varied and very comfortable although we must say the Tankerville Arms in Wooler was “Tragic”, but didn’t detract from a wonderful week’s adventure.
Thanks to Matthew at Walk with Williams it was all very well planned and organised .Thank you for a truly great holiday.
