I’m really impressed with Walk & Thread. The product quality is excellent and feels super premium. I did have a bit of a delay with my delivery, so I had to wait longer than expected - but the team handled it brilliantly. Lovely bowl & stand but I wouldn’t recommend or repurchase. My dog has used this twice and the entire inside is already scratched. I’ve never had this with any other ceramic bowls and they were significantly cheaper.

Our products undergo thorough examinations, including scratch tests, to ensure they meet the highest standards. We've sold hundreds of bowls and have never encountered this issue. In fact, we personally use the same bowls for our dogs, and they have lasted for the past half year without any problems.

I would 100% recommend Walk and Thread. Fantastic customer service after a little delivery hiccup which wasn’t their fault. Their communication was brilliant and their resolution great. And that’s not all their products which are lovely, I have two very happy doggos.
Purchased the Vegan Harness and lead- beautiful product! Our pup Finneas is feeling and looking quite posh- as he likes to look stylish.
Finneas highly recommends the products and said the customer service is excellent. After realizing I may need a smaller harness - they contacted me immediately to verify- and they were correct. I may be a small pup but I’m a posh one now 👑
I bought a harness and dog water bottle. Delivery was really quick. The harness fits my dog perfectly, much better than my old harness which was falling apart. My dog loves the water bottle especially during this hot weather! I would definitely recommend Walk and Thread to a friend.
Great purchase, we love it for our puppy. Very soft leather with cushioned backing & having the AirTag gives reassurance. Fit was good too.

Had a great experience with Walk and Thread. Their customer service was friendly and quick. When my Sienna Brown lead was out of stock, they sent me a Maroon Orange one instead and even included an extra lead for free!
