I placed 3 separate orders. When I wanted to return some items, I had to pay return shipping costs three times (totaling €78), even though I could send the items back in 1 package. I emailed the company asking for 1 return label instead of 3, but didn't get a reaction before the end of the return period (14 days). When I sent a message to their instagram account, they referred me to the same email address. When informing them I did not get a response from the email address, they left me on 'read'...

Has not shipped my shoes that I ordered on February 8th. Has been ignoring all of my emails. Terrible experience with this website.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Made two orders for the adidas collab. The parcel was sent back from the drop off point early. I contacted the customer service at Wales Bonner over 5 times asking for a refund. Nearly two months on I don't have a refund. The company still continues to ignore my emails. Disappointing customer service that brings down the quality and reputation of this apparently premium brand.

The item was too big. Their returns policy required me to email for a return label. I emailed 4 times requesting such label over 12 days - they sent two holding emails and extended return period for extra 7 days . They said they had unprecedented volume of emails. But I became worried about missing the return window. NOT HAPPY

It's not enough to be known! Quality and design are not everything!

Customer loyalty is crucial.

Ich habe das Paket vor fast 2. Wochen zurück gesendet. Das Paket kam aus Italien, obwohl ich, auf der offiziellen Seite in englischen Pfund die Ware bezahlen musste.

Mir war Wales Bonner als Designerin kein Inbegriff, durch die Adidas Originals Kollektion wurde ich, dann auf Sie, aufmerksam.

Bis ich mich, entschloss auf, Ihrer offiziellen Seite ein Trainingsanzug komplett für etwa 900,00 englische Pfund umgerechnet etwa 1100,00 €, ich zahlte mit der Kreditkarte.

Die Ware wurde geliefert. Gut verpackt. Keine Tracking-Nummer, keine Paket Ankündigung. Bei solch einem Warenwert ! Wales Bonner hat die, Größen Tabelle, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5! Ich hatte fälschlicherweise 1. bestellt. Ich benötige 2. also retournierte ich ordnungsgemäß in Eigenregie, kein Retoure Schein, stattdessen eine ELLENLANGE, ITALIENISCHE, via, mit explizit einer nummero Logistik-Abteilung, Wales bonner.

Sie lesen schon, alles unkompliziert und das in der Preiskategorie.

Ich habe Vergleichswerte von namhaften Portalen.

Es ist bei UPS grundsätzlich ein Rückschein inbegriffen und bei DHL, je, nach Portal beziehungsweise Label auch.

In dieser Preis Kategorie in der sich, Frau Grace Wales Bonner, etablieren möchte, gehört das zum guten Ton.

Genauso es sich, für eine Diplomaten Tochter, es gehört, auf meine zig antworten irgendwann zu reagieren.

So nach, 10. Tagen vielleicht?!

Ich bedauere diese Erfahrung mit Ihnen machen zu müssen!

Ich habe den Nachweis dass das Paket erfolgreich retourniert wurde, bis heute habe ich, kein Feedback über den Status des Umtausch.

In einem F.A.Z, Artikel sagte einmal Frau Grace Wales Bonner, sie möchte mit Ihrem Label für die Breite Maße bekannt sein.

Mode ist schnelllebig. Guter Stil nicht zum guten Stil gehört, ein vernünftiger Kundendienst und ein seriöses Geschäftsgebaren.

Alles andere ist NUR Stress!

Meine Angaben sind wahrheitsgemäß, dass was ich, schildere kann ich, schwarz auf weiß belegen !

Man wundert sich nicht, dass die Modedesignerin am Telefon erklärt: "Ich will mein Label einer breiteren Öffentlichkeit zugänglich machen." Auch wenn die Britin ihre Worte im Gespräch mit Bedacht wählt: Ihre Zurückhaltung kann nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass sie weiß, wo sie hinwill.
