Wake Life went above and beyond for my order. Two of my 10 bags ordered went missing and they were so helpful and quick to rectify the situation! Bags are exactly what we wanted and seem extremely durable. We will definitely be return customers! Thank you!!!!

Wakelife is great. Like many businesses during 2nd Covid summer there are tons of supply constraints and a delay in shipping is understandable (there was also a warning at the time of order). A couple lost packages and prompt replies and replacements sent. 3rd person in our surf crew to order and all would highly recommend.

Ordered some ballast bags from these guys.
Products were delivered in a timely manner.

I want to start out this review by saying Spencer has been great to work with, but unfortunately my buying experience did not go as planned. I ordered 10 50 lb. bags in May and received 1 about a month later. I kept contacting USPS with the tracking numbers and they could not find the bags. USPS would tell me that it was the shippers fault the bags did not arrive. Spencer sent out another order or bags and they disappeared in the shipping process again. Come to find out after another few weeks of digging into it, the USPS finally admitted that the problem is with their distribution center. The bags are on pallets and get put aside as bulk mail or just not handled due to the weight. The told me "maybe the bags will magically appear some day on your porch when someone processes them". Of course this was not a solution to me. Regrettably I ended up cancelling my order. Waiting on refund at this time. 6/28 - Update. The postal service delivered 6 of the 10 ordered on 6/26. Thanks again for reshipping Spencer.

Wake life has done an incredible job as a local company making high quality products. As many other individuals have expressed In their reviews, I did encounter delays and slight confusion with my order of 10 50lb bags. However, in reaching out to customer service, I received a response and explanation in mere minutes. It is not at all any company’s fault for the shipping carriers issues. Especially USPS during COVID. Overall, they did a fantastic job and have shipped new bags twice with no hesitation as USPS looses some along the way. I will be a returning customer :)

We ordered 10, #50 weighted bags about a month ago. USPS lost 8 of the bags. When corresponding with Spencer, he has stated twice he would send new bags and hasn't. We've given them the opportunity to make it right knowing they don't have control over USPS. Disappointed as we tried to support a somewhat local shop. At this point thinking a refund is our best bet. Have also tried calling and texting the customer service number.

I purchased 10 50# bags at the end of February. I did this knowing that most reviews and Wake Life said that it’s taking a long time for bags to come in due to USPS. I am just hoping to get them by May for season. Spencer with Wake Life has been very helpful with his communication and working with USPS to locate bags and keep things moving. I can’t wait to get them in and expect them soon based on their feedback. If you want bags by summer, you better order soon! Great experience thus far, just know it is taking time to get them. Can’t beat the price though!!

Spencer was fantastic to work with, the ballast weighted bags are high quality and look great. I definitely recommend them.

I ordered 10 lead bags in November and 10 more in December. I received 19 of 20 right away. The 20th one got lost by USPS. I contacted Spencer and he sent me another one right away. Due to holidays, it took a couple of weeks to arrive but it arrived as promised. I appreciated the awesome customer service and quality lead bags. Will do business with them again.

I have had nothing but great experiences with these guys. The post office damaged one of my bags during shipping and I may have accidentally damaged one sliding it off of my truck tailgate. Spencer took care of me and replaced both bags without question. Communication was definitely timely. Shipping is as fast as the post office can get it too you. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

Ordered from them around Thanksgiving and a couple items I ordered had shipping delays which were not the fault of Wake Life. I’ve been impressed with their efforts to keep me informed as they worked with the USPS, including offering to give me a refund. No business is problem free but it’s how you handle those problems and I am really pleased with their personal service and efforts to resolve the situation.

We had a group of folks coming in to surf with us before the holiday weekend and I realized I needed more bags of lead/steel shot. I reached out to Spencer via email and he not only offered me a killer military discount he got the bags out immediately to me so I had time to dial in the wave before our guests showed up. I appreciate Spencer and the extra mild he went to help me out.

WARNING‼️Do not buy anything from Wake Life! Scam company! Terrible non existent customer service! They don’t post a telephone number and won’t respond to any of my emails for the last two weeks. I ordered ballast bags from them, they took the money supposedly shipped out December 14th. No bags, no money, no response, dead end tracking info! Beware! Nothing I hate worse than scammers!

Bought these to enhance our wake. What used to have a good run on our lake but now it is great with these. The added weight produces a great wave that provides us a longer wake ride every time. Super high quality bags that we can thrown in and out of boat whenever we need them. Even with COVID year they really didn’t take long to get to us. And customer service kept us up to date about shipping

Ordered items on November 27th which included lead bags and a surf rope. Wake Life shipped my products on December 22nd. Received items on December 28th. However, they still charged my card on November 27th.
