Waggy Tails Arvostelua

I totally love Alfies new harness. Its very strong and gives him enormous freedom. Excellent product.

Good description on line of products, very easy to use my dog loves it,she is so much calmer and such a joy to walk again. I wish I had brought this harness sooner.Very help admin team. Thank you

Happy with my product

I put one because I cannot put less.
I purchased an item that never arrived. When I first talked to them they said I should wait. Now they won’t even answer. Very bad.

Received what was ordered. Thank you

Bought a harness in April 2023 but it wouldn’t stay closed. I returned it, as instructed, with proof of posting but didn’t and haven’t received my refund. Have emailed and messaged many times but still no refund. I have no harness and no refund, very unhappy

Great customer service and response to emails

Should have read the reviews before I purchased, dog harness arrived and it was cheap crap!...sent it back and waited for my refund!....guess what?..... nothing!!!!....had to get my money back through PayPal!....stay clear

Rubbish. Bought two (£39.99), one broke (closing clip) before two months of use. Offered 30% off another. Why would I throw more money at a shoddy product ?
Have since bought one from another company via Amazon, cheaper, but appears sturdier, and can be returned via Amazon if faulty. Avoid Waggy Tails, don’t waste your money.

The quality needs looking at, big time!

No deliverance and no answer after shop checkout.

Take your payment then send nothing and ignore your messages

I really wished I read the reviews very poor products only used 3 times clip broken as over 30 days wouldn’t do anything only offered 30% off next order to buy another piece of crap. Stick it where the sun don’t shine. All I can do is write a review and suck it up. Don’t buy from this seller. Again should of done my home work and read the reviews

Good quality products. Personalised for you pets.order from thd sofa and delivered promptly.

great service, only wish you had more variety of products

I wanted to return 2 items and nobody has got back to me

Great company 😁 high-quality goods, fast efficient service. Purchased a few times and will def purchase again

The buckle was obviously defective. It would constant come undone and my dog got out multiple times. Within the first two weeks the buckle finally gave out and broke. I threw it out. The stitching on the name badges also came loose so they fell apart.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Quick to respond and very helpful until the order was placed and payed. After that there’s nothing but silence. Such a scam!
