Boris is a lab cross and highly excitable. We got to a point where we realised we needed expert support to help him manage himself and came across Julie and Waggie Walkers. After a really helpful initial 1-2-1 session, we have taken Boris to various different groups and sessions and this controlled exposure to all sorts of dogs and energy levels has been really helpful.

Julie and Tony are skilled and empathetic coaches with a deep understanding of dogs. They are quietly confident and make their students feel safe and secure and ready to try new things.

Would definitely recommend Julie and Tony at Waggiewalkersdogtraining. They are very patient with all the dogs (and owners) and are very knowledgeable in their advice and guidance. Julie also does one to one, which has been very helpful.

We are two pensioners who have had terriers over many years and recently decided to give a home to a rescue Jack Russell with issues. She is a very affectionated with people but rather nervous and can be seriously reactivewith other dogs.
I rang Julie to ask about her local dog group and was given a lot of really helpful advice. We agreed that to begin with some one to one sessions would be the way forward.
That was about 8 weeks ago. We have had 3 sessions so far and are seeing a marked improvement in the way our dog reacts to other dogs.
Julie has been extremely patient and full of very practical ideas. Her wide experience with a huge range of dogs for example as a dog warden is invaluable. We are now confident that our dog has the makings of a very good citiizen, thanks to Julie!

I have attended Waggie Walkers Puppy Class and Dog Training with my Spaniel. We have achieved Puppy Foundation, Bronze KC and Silver KC Award and we are now working towards the Gold KC Award.

Our dog hit his adolescence and progress has slowed a little. However, Julie, Hayley, Tony and Roger work as an excellent Team and have provided, sound, sensible advice which is easily implemented to nip training issues in the bud.

Our dog is now generally well mannered in our home, on walks, visiting friends and family and on car journeys, long or short. He can be taken into most situations and is un-phased by most things. However, he does have some quirks which need to be worked on.

He loves attending Training and it has been a great help in socialisation. He likes to showboat a little like most teenagers but gradually he is starting to mature into a lovely dog.

Julie and the Team have certainly helped with our progress. Classes are small friendly and fun both in Bearley and Stratford and advice from the Team is greatly appreciated.

There is no pressure to do the Tests, but it is a great feeling of achievement when you realise your canine companion is progressing into a well rounded dog!

I have been attending Waggie Walkers Dog Training since my puppy was 12 weeks old. The training has different class levels that suit your dog, from puppy to adolescent dogs. The puppy classes were great for the initial training as well as socialisation in the key early months. As we have moved classes due to my dog's level, we have always been met with a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Instructors Julie, Hayley, Tony and Roger provide helpful advice to training and offer alternative ideas for when things aren't working. Within the classes, you have the option of working with an instructor on a 1:1 level to work on a specific issue. They offer the Kennel Club tests but do not enforce this if you or your dog aren't ready and understand if you are not wanting to complete these. I will always recommend Waggie Walkers Dog Training!

Lilly and I joined puppy school when she was 13 weeks old, 2 years later we are still there! Lilly has achieved her bronze and silver awards amd training for her gold, which is amazing as she is a little sausage dog!

Lilly loves school without doubt its her favorite night of the week, and her tail never stops wagging from the second she gets there to when she leaves.

Julie is undoubtedly an amazing trainer but more importantly than that she is an absolute dog lover, who always helps each dog reach their full potential adjusting training to suit the dogs, even if dogs are having an "off night" Julie can laugh amd say well as long as they are happy and having fun!!

Lilly is the best trained and happiest dog I've ever had and I.am.so thankful to Julie for making our lives soooo happy 🥰

We were looking for a new dog trainer to help tame and “stretch” our boisterous and bright pup, having completed some generic obedience puppy classes in our local village. Julie visited for a one-to-one session and gave helpful advice and we followed up by attending her training class in Stratford for the following 9 months. We now have a much more obedient dog having done all the kennel club awards. Julie, Hayley and Roger were always ready to listen to concerns and give advice. We also met a lovely couple with another Flatcoat and have enjoyed meeting up outside the classes - a win-win all round! 😀

100% recommend Waggie Walkers Dog Training to anyone local to Stratford upon Avon. We took our small breed puppy to the puppy class and then to the bronze level class. Both ended with recognised awards from the Kennel Club/British Institute. Julie and Tony are really knowledgeable and supportive, they ask at each session about any problems we are facing and offer their expert advice.

Julie was recommended to me by a friend and I am so pleased I took his advice.

In a very short time I have got my lovable rebel to dog I can control and now enjoy walks with.
