If there was negative star, I would rate it that. This company intentionally sends you the wrong item, in my case, I ordered a 3 tier shoe shelf, paid in full and paid international shipping cost. In return I got a fake pearl and gold PAINTED bracelet. The customer service, who only replies once a day has attempted to guilt me into accepting the jewelry "priced for $199" in lieu of the shoe shelf. She has attempted to "let me keep" the item for free because it them issuing my refund will put the gentleman who, "messed up" my order,
in jeopardy of losing his job and causing tge company to shut down. Then after her 5 attempts at 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, and now 60% with me having to pay shipping back for the jewelry. Absolute scam!!!

I too was sent a cheap bracelet and told if the order wa to be sent correctly it would be a the loss of their job

Same as everybody else, ordered a bookshelf and got a bracelet. Asked about it and they said to check with the USPS as those are already delivered. USPS product description is light weight, how can a bookshelf be light weight? No response yet after a follow up email.

Like everyone else who posted here…I’m too ordered a bookshelf and I received a cheap bracelet…I hated when people take advantage of others. Facebook must not allow them to advertised. Lesson learn here. I will never order from any advertisement that pop on Facebook. I have no call them yet…but I believe after reading all these reviews that I’m not going to get any money back!

It’s a scam. You will receive a cheap scarf or jewelry. They don’t refund nothing.

Dumb scammers. Sent in a cheap MF junk chinese bracelet for bookshelf that I ordered off f###ing facebook! SCAMMERS! Stay away.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Same scam. Ordered bookshelf, sent cheap and nasty bracelet. Offered to let me keep it for compensation and discount. I have already got the wheels in motion with my credit card company to seek a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Same exact experience as everyone else. What else is there to say? Reported them to Facebook, and left comment on all of their posts, but they seemingly block comments as you can’t see other peoples posts.

Should have known with as cheap as their pricing is, however, take advantage of enough people, it’s quite the profit they’re pocketing. Will 100% be initiating a chargeback.

Same issue as everyone else this week. Received a janky bracelet after ordering a $57 shoe rack. Facebook recommended this scam website. Deactivating Facebook now as well.

STAY AWAY!
I ordered a piece of furniture and received a bracelet. When I contacted Waesce, I was offered only a 10% refund for the inconvenience. Was told I could keep the cheap, plastic jewelry, rather than paying $20.00 postage to return. Website offers full refund with return freight covered by Waesce, a policy that they will not honour. STAY AWAY!

ALMOST CERTAINLY A SCAM; AT THE LEAST, APPALLING SERVICE

I, too, have had same experience as other reviewer, Muhammad. Ordered revolving bookcase (based on favourable customer reviews on Facebook). Order arrived last week- a tacky, small, cheap “jewellery case”, sent from China. Mistakes happen, so I contacted customer service. Received (prompt) reply, missing my point entirely, generic wording, and offering refund of 10% of the cost !! (Suggested for my own convenience I keep the item as would cost $20 to return it 🤣.) I replied, explaining in clearer English what the issue was and what I wanted them to do - full refund or send the item I had actually ordered) - and received exactly the same email in reply! Have just rung the telephone number for their company as registered in UK -according to their website - which is according to the area code a Portsmouth number - and it is a number that “doesn’t exist”. Hmm. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. Off now to see if my bank can help, but I suspect not. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

They are pretending a UK company but they are Chinese and they deliberately ship different cheap bad quality item and never refund. try to bargain with bad items. Li Fiona is really try to cheat and waste time of every one. i ordered online on waesce.com a shoe bench but received cheap bracelet. they want me to keep bracelet and they will refund some of my payment. it is a cheating of scamming people.
