Literally cant believe how quickly my order arrived. ordered about midday and they arrived by 1pm the next day. Just over 24 hours to deliver after ordering which was very unexpected. Havent used the vitamins yet but Im very impressed with the speedy delivery and service. Thanks!

I ordered some probiotics at a great price. I expected they would either arrive over the weekend or next week, at the earliest. I was thrilled when I received a notification from Royal Mail that they would arrive today. Less than 48 hours after making my purchase the items were delivered.

Commande effectuée le vendredi 7 jours après le colis est toujours en Allemagne c’est vraiment pas sérieux.
8 fois sur 10 y’a un retard de colis. Ils ont de la chance que je ne puisse pas commander cette marque de vitamine D ailleurs sinon j’arrêterais de commander chez eux.

devo rivedere la mia recensione su Bigvits. Non ho ricevuto il pacco , la colpa è di DHL che come spesso pretende che non c'era nessuno a casa quando invece c'era.Per di piu non avevano mandato avviso di consegna. Impossibile trovare un aiuto di DHL riguardo alla posizione del pacco, Bigvits non rispondeva. Dopo 3 giorni di esasperazione ho ricevuto un rimborso di Bigvits. DHL aveva mandato indietro il pacco. Posso confermare che la ditta è seria e affidabile

Very disappointed .
I paid for two bottles of magnesium Glycinate and only received one ! I feel cheated !
I tried calling them but in vain .I emailed and no response whatsoever.
I have always used Iherb and never had an issue .
Will never use bigvits again .
Poor customer service and unfortunately I can’t trust them again .

Ordered on 7th July - arrived 26 hours later by good old Royal Mail.
Just when you thought no one could do this anymore! Prices are not bad either.

Uric acid vitamins don’t work. Took for two months and now having a painful flare up so clearly this product doesn’t work.

ordered with the wrong delivery address by mistake. This can happen sometimes when a previous address is kept on the system. I requested a cancellation so I could re-order to the correct delivery address. Seller deliberately refused cancellation and shipped anyway. There is no chance this was accidental, as I made an immediate cancellation request at the weekend, and the seller decided to ignore his and ship on Monday. A request to cancel & re-order with an alternative delivery address is a reasonable one, and the decision to refuse this and ship anyway to the wrong address is nothing but poor customer service. How to improve? Be more responsive to customer requests especially when they are entirely reasonable!

Pacco di vitamine ordinato il 25 novembre in serata ed arrivato ieri 3 dicembre.
Il corriere mi ha anche avvisata poco prima della consegna.

pacco arrivato con alcuni prodotti mancanti e la clorofilla pagata il doppio del prezzo che avete in vendita e non capisco il motivo..questo provoca in me molta irritazione..perche email non aattiva numero del vostro servizio clienti non attivo cosa devo fare per avere i prodotti mancanti e da me pagati? siete pregati a contattarmi grazie

Great company, I have been ordering from them for more than a year. Prices are great, their delivery processing is on par with the best, always very quick and accurate (no incorrect/missing items). Highly recommended.

I ordered some vitamins May 15th for delivery in Ireland. I received the order today June 11th
Had to query order / delivery a number of days after expected delivery time and then was offered refund.

I chose to continue with order and it took another 2 weeks to be delivered.

I was not informed of any delay to delivery - I had to pursue BigVits for an update each time.

Do I really care about delivery times, when the product it self has very poor quality? Of course not. it’s a lesson learned. Always read ingredients before you buy! Why supplements have to have so many nasties inside them? For our own good health? Normally I buy my supplements from one British company, which never use any chemicals, however the specific supplement I was looking for they don’t have, so I ended up buying some supplements from here.
And I can’t even return the bottles because they have already been opened.
