VYPE Arvostelua

Last year I was using their old style pen. It had started to leak so I emailed them as I couldn’t find a replacement cartridge online. They replied and told me that they had stopped making them now but sent me out FREE OF CHARGE the E tank pro much to my delight. I have been using it every since and have also purchased a back up from them too. I am really grateful for the great customer service that I received. Thank you Vype!

Having purchased the vype epod in their Harrow store. I was disappointed when I got it home and it wouldn’t charge. I took it back to them. I was told by their staff that I was the 3RD customer who had been back this week with this same product as it didn’t charge! That it was a ‘BAD BATCH’ that had been delivered to them. (So why they are selling a product to customers that doesn’t work? That is a disgrace!)
However, It was replaced, but the same thing happened again it just wouldn’t charge!!
Having taken it back a second time I was told I couldn’t have a refund. So I am stuck with a product that, they knowingly sold me doesn’t work. And I am £25 down and now have to purchase another one from different company.
Surely if it was a ‘bad batch’ they shouldn’t be still selling them? That seems incredibly unfair on customers.
The service previously had been good. But today I found them to be deliberately unhelpful, cold and very defensive. I WILL NOT be using any of their products in the future. And I definitely DO NOT recommend them to anyone or their products!

Given up smoking, started on the epen ( love the panna cotta ) now onto epod.
Cheaper buying them on there online store then from a vape store.
Ordered the e tank, didn't get on with it, returned it and received a full refund very quickly.
Always found customer services really helpful to.
You can buy a device online for 4.99 so not a great deal of money to try it

Bought a vype epen from my local post office which was faulty. Called there customer service who advised me to email them to have the product repaired or replaced. Well about 8 emails later and the need to create an online account they now need a copy of my passport! Appalling service!

I have been on alt vype for the last 5 months, finally got me off cigarettes. On the plus side its clean just pop n the pod and your away, charge when you need to. Not sure Im getting my moneys worth tho. Self maintenance with liquid application is far cheaper and lasts longer so I am considering moving on. Also saw a alt vype add pop up saying that cigarettes are the greatest population of ocean waste. Not so, plastic is, so take that off.

Ravie !

Bought one, doesn’t even work whatsoever - the battery was faulty. Can’t return to boots because I’ve opened the box. Customer services number didn’t work. Don’t bother, awful product and CS.

Oh I just love their e-VAPE!! The team is also so awesome that they just helped me start with their starter kit. I have tried other products too but their products just stand out!! They just made me a loyal customer!!

Last time I ordered one for my partner and I just love their products and the team is just superb as well with all the communication and support.

Forget the Epen3. No matter how many new ones you buy, the cartridges don't want to work and flash as if empty, although a year or 2 ago they worked fine. Think they are trying to push the e pod which is much better, so have built in obselescense so you buy the newer model, which they only stock in bigger Sainsbury's. So much money wasted...don't bother!
