Vyne Arvostelua

I have purchased from Vyne twice and have been impressed with their product lines and service.

Good value + excellent service including fast & relible delivery by Royal Mail. - Excellent!

Always constant top service with vyne.co.uk.
Keep you updated with your order via email and text.
Professional company that always delivers to you quickly & efficiently.

postage is very fast, sometimes it arrives next day, sometimes the day after, but it's always within the same week i ordered. good range of products and sometimes a good selection of brands and price choices. Only niggle is the prices regularly change, so i can get used to a set order being a certain amount and then next month it's almost doubled in price, madness. But hey ho. Can't fault the service for what it is.

Great product delivered quickly and safely

A professional company that always delivers exceptional service everytime.

Prompt delivery.
At Christmas 2025, when my order didn’t arrive, a telephone call to Vyne ensured a new timely delivery for which I was extremely grateful to the gentleman I spoke to.

Excellent service always on time and packaged well can not fault at alll 5 stars

Just a very good service and quick delivery cheers

They are easy to contact and the staff are very compassionate and understanding. It is very patient focused and offers a great service. And it is very easy to navigate your way on their website to place an order.

So simple to order so quick to dispatch!
Brilliant 👏

Product arrived as expected. I'd suggest not using Royal Mail or change the standard of delivery as a week to wait was too long.

Vyne have been supplying me with all of my suprapubic catheter supplies for a couple of years now and I can't fault them. Online orders are easy to complete (even for an oldie like me!) and if you call them, they answer the phones promptly and always provide great advice, checking with colleagues if they aren't sure about your enquiry. The order arrives swiftly and if you run short and need something urgently, they get onto it straight away. It is fantastic to have such great customer service every time.
