VX3  Arvostelua

⭐ Absolutely dreadful service – avoid if you can!
VX3 is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately, my son's school chose them as its uniform provider, so I have no choice but to use a company that has caused me nothing but problems.
My first order took almost THREE MONTHS to arrive, despite numerous emails between myself, the school headteacher and VX3 customer service. When the order finally arrived, it was incomplete, with items missing.
My second order took around six weeks, which was slightly better, but still far from acceptable. Most recently, I ordered PE T-shirts for my son in two different sizes. Once again, the order took several weeks longer than it should have. When I contacted VX3, I was told the delay was due to staff sickness and problems with their machines.
To make matters worse, the T-shirts I received were not what I ordered. VX3 is refusing to refund me, hiding behind their terms and conditions regarding personalised items being non-refundable.
The T-shirts cost £27 each, plus £5.99 delivery. I am now nearly £60 out of pocket, left with two incorrect T-shirts that are completely useless to me and cannot realistically be resold. Meanwhile, my son still doesn't have the correct PE T-shirt he needs for school.
The lack of reliability, repeated delays, incorrect orders and the refusal to put things right have made this an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience.
I would absolutely NOT recommend VX3. If you have a choice, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. It is extremely disappointing that parents are left dealing with this level of service simply because their child's school has chosen this company as its uniform supplier.

First time using VX3, really easy website to navigate around, great communication throughout with emails and tracking and quick delivery, all round great service.

Love VX3 great quality sports clothing at great prices too.

The VX3 brand is growing but I’m glad my rugby club is using them. Great kit and importantly, great people within the business who I’ve had the chance to speak with

Good quality items. Delivery took longer than I'd hoped.

VX3 have become my go to sportswear provider. Their clothes are reasonably priced and of good quality. Orders are always timely.

I buy VX3 through our Rugby club shop and I've begun to buy the standard VX3 kit for running and the gym. It's now my go to brand. I love it!! The kit is high quality and all the personalized embroidery is the same high standard. Great service and very helpful team. I highly recommend.
