To me it felt like they kept the money…

To me it felt like they kept the money from my rebate for far to long. Probably just a interest thing.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback Joe and we are sorry that you feel we kept your rebate longer than we should have done. From receiving the rebate from HMRC, completing (signing and returning) the necessary paperwork to release the funds to you and transferring across, this was only in our account for 3 working days. If you would like to discuss this in more detail and discuss the timeline we would be happy to chat through this.

vw taxation are a very good accountancy they took all the hassle from me by doing my accounts I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again.
