VW Motor Parts Arvostelua 

Bought 5 liters of oil online. No sales receipt/ invoice was supplied with the goods. Despite numerous emails and phone calls to their parts dept and accounts dept, they would not supply an invoice/sales receipt.
is this some kind of tax fiddle they have going?

Before I placed the order, I contacted the company and they said the parts I needed were in stock so I placed an order on Feb 23rd, 2022 and they asked me for 2-3 days to ship the order. After a few calls and always with the promise they'd ship the next day, I finally received the e-mail confirming the shipment on March 15th, 20 days later! The parts requested were vital for my car to be running and their consideration with the customers seems to be zero to none.

I've had an awful experience has left me £60 out of pocket

Avoid this speculant by all means especially if you plan to service your car and have a booked appointment.
You are at a great risk not to recieve the items on time, as I did not. I have bought engine oil from them which was advertise as next day delivery on eBay. It did not arrive. Moreover, after I have contacted this trader I realised that they do not care of your needs, no apology, no sympathy.

I ended up going to Halfords to buy oil. The speculant stopped the order at my request later on the day, but rejected to issue a refund despite multiple requests. They do not seem to understand a polite language either. Awful!

Order a set of mats and boot liner for my son's Touareg. They fitted perfectly.

It's a gift so I can't comment on fit or quality. Delivery was a little slow & poor updates from the carrier.

Excellent service, used a couple of times before and as long as I have a vw I'll use them again. Friendly people to deal with,good price and prompt delivery. Thanks VW Motor Parts.

Gave me back my car with a different problem then took 3wks to fix it

solved the problem of supplying a T Cross boot liner simply.....efficiently...delivery was prompt & secure

Floor mats were late being delivered. When I called to find out why the staff were very helpful and said that they were late being shipped from the factory. The staff checked to see if they had arrived with them and went to the stores dept to find out. They shipped them tracked the next day. Good service thanks.

Ordered parts on 18/8/21 , wiper blades , oil and filters
Being delivered to my business address on 20/8/21 Yodel delivered the wiper blades but not the oil and filters . I called VW motor parts and questioned what was happening. Was advised that items sent in two packages due to length of wiper blades . Yodel couldn’t be contacted by phone and could not rearrange delivery on line so requested this parcel be returned to sender as it seemed to have vanished . As of 31/8/21 still no contact from VW motor parts to advise return to them of parts by Yodel , disappointed that VW motor parts haven’t returned phone call to them to question when parts will arrive . Fortunately I used PayPal so can contact them for refund if not sorted out soon .
