VUSH Arvostelua

I bought an item before realizing it was 50% off with code so I returned the full price item and made clear I wanted the refund in the full price as the 50% off code wasn’t clearly shown and they assured me that they would refund the 160$ purchase not the 80… low and behold weeks later and I find out I got charged for the full price order snd they refunded the 50% off sale item. I have been trying to contact but can’t get any reply and they have no phone number. Terribly shady. They knew exactly which item I was asking to be refunded.

The Swish vibrator is amazing. I brought it as an alternative to buying a $200 similar vibrator from Honey Birdette (which my partner has). Since it arrived, we've exclusively used mine when sleeping together. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered a product before Christmas, have yet to receive said product and have been sent at least a few emails asking me to review said product. I can't review what I don't have. I assume with the holidays orders may have been delayed. I also assume your system would be able to track packages and know when they've been delivered or not, preventing the sending of emails asking for a review of a product that hasn't arrived. I'll be happy to submit a review of your product when it arrives and I am able to test it.

The product is so amazing! Vush was so great with their discrete postage, Ive received orders twice and they have never let me down, my house mates dont even realise what i am getting, its great! cant wait to get more things, all products i have gotten from them have been outstanding and great for all parties :)

Nothing at all wrong with the toy, just not the one for me. Think I’m more suited to air vibes.

Absolutely love my rose 2 bullet. Came in very discreet outer packaging but was even more excited by the beautiful interior. I think I've been somewhat sexually repressed and so it took a lot of nerve for me to make my first order. However, I could not have hoped for a better introductory product! It has empowered me and is supporting my journey to accept and love my body. Would most definitely recommend to friends and have already ordered a special little gift for my sister.

Fantastic customer service, easy to navigate website, excellent quality products, discreet packaging!
I've purchased 4 times and had a great experience every time (and afterwards obviously :))

I recently made a few purchases from the Vush website where I purchased the stimulation, lube and the Abbie Chardield collab g-spot vibrator. The purchasing was a simple process and there was a slight delay on the stimulator but the information from the company let me know what was happening. The products are far superior to those of other places I have shopped. I love the Vush lube, it’s my favourite of any I have purchased. It stays smooth and doesn’t flake. Abbie Chatfield vibrator is a game changer and my favourite and is made really well from a soft silicon but I love the texture on it. I have had a complete hysterectomy so not long ago I lost all clitoral and vaginal sensation but I have it back now thanks to these products and I couldn’t be happier.

Vush products, communication, advertising, shipping, and packaging are all the absolute best! I’ve made four orders with them in the last year and all have gone smoothly with the products arriving in perfect condition. So glad to support a local and phenomenal brand

I have made a few purchases from Vush now and I have been satisfied everytime! The quality is amazing and the sensations are out of this world. I cannot even begin to list the amount of people I have recommended a vush product

Was a bit sceptical considering all the terrible reviews, didn’t receive a tracking number and had to email to get one. Nevertheless, my package came before expected and everything is awesome!

I cannot stress enough how amazing each and every one these products are. They are going to change your life absolutely for the better. You cannot go wrong when you shop with Vush. The customer service are also fantastic and will get back to you in no time at all.

Absolutely obsessed! It has been so empowered to find time for myself and engage in more self love - taken to the next level with my Vush products! As always, highly highly highly recommend. Treat yo-self!

Awesome products, incredible quality for reasonable price, fast shipping, beautiful and discreet packaging. I’ll certainly be a return customer.

VUSH have always done a phenomenal job at providing quality and cute toys. I love the aesthetic of the brand and all the cute packaging and the customer service is next to none. It’s amazing. I can’t fault it.

I have had a warranty issue with a product that i recently purchased and the service has been outstanding to say the least thank you
