VTM Vending Arvostelua

Dakota was able to answer all my questions, and on top of that he gave me some personal tips! The team behind VapeTm is not only knowledgeable but experienced in the field as well. I’ll continue doing business with them.

We’ve loved our experience with everyone we’ve encountered. We mainly work with Ben and can’t speak more highly of him. He’s been so helpful since day one. Had an issue with warranty and was taken care of with no hiccups. We are very happy with this company and purchasing more machines!

The team is so helpful in starting up the machines. They give you step by step instructions that anyone can follow. Very thankful for you all. Will be buying more machines soon!

Extremely helpful and communicative. They ensured I had everything I needed in a timely fashion. They even worked to resolve an issue with the card reader with the card reader company all on my behalf.

From the moment of installation to my first sale and even through filing my taxes, this Jacob Hagman has been a constant source of support. No matter the question—technical, financial, or operational—he always has an answer, and he delivers it promptly, no matter the hour. His guidance is something you don't see everyday and he always leads me in the right direction. Truly exceptional service!

Seamless process from start to finish and wayyyyyyy above and beyond even following after the completion of purchase and delivery!
No other way to go!

I’ve been working with Jordan and his team for about a year, and the service has been nothing short of A1. Jordan truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Throughout our time in business together, the VapeTm team has been incredibly helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns, especially as I navigate the world of vending. Their dedication, knowledge and customer support are the core factors that make this whole experience worthwhile

Literal best in the game. Round the clock help. Tech team is amazing. Hours are super great. This is a weekend business so being able to solve issues on a Saturday at 8pm is dope.

Don’t get a vape vending machine anywhere else. Trust me. I’ve got enough machines now to know who to go to and it’s vapetm

I’ve had a great experience with the support team at Vapetm. They also provide a lot of resources for finding answers to questions you might have. They are constantly looking for ways to improve. Solid experience overall!

Great machines, easy to set up and doesn’t have any issues I can across. The app is also extremely easy and fast to learn. I love how the machines look. Very much worth your money.

Bought multiple machines from vapetm and they took care of me. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable people about the industry. Check them out.

We’ve been using VapeTM’s vending machines for a few months now, and the experience has been nothing short of incredible. The machines are sleek, reliable, and user-friendly—perfect for high-traffic areas and customers looking for a quick, seamless purchase. Setup was straightforward, and the build quality is clearly top-notch.

But what really sets VapeTM apart is their customer support. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. Anytime we had a question or needed help, they were there with fast, effective solutions.

VapeTM has been a great help to our vending company Global Vending LLC out in AZ. We have purchased all of our Wireless kits through them and we couldn't be any happier with the performance and service they offer. Highly recommend VapeTM for all of your vending needs.
