I requested a refund for a defective item purchased through TikTok Shop. The half wig was advertised as high quality, low tangle hair.

After use and proper care, the hair began matting and tangling excessively after about one month, to the point that it is no longer wearable. This is not normal wear and does not match how the product was described or advertised.

I contacted the seller to resolve the issue. They acknowledged the problem but have only offered partial refunds, which I do not feel is fair for a defective product. I requested a full refund or replacement, but the seller refused. They even tried to offer a shorter length replacement in exchange of deleting the review I left on TikTok. Terrible experience.

It arrived without any problems.
I really love the wig; it’s great quality and came with some small gifts. I was very happy.

I like the texture of the hair and it smells good lol. Trust me not all wigs smell good. I ordered the wrong density, I left message through email and I received a response right away. They was able to change my order before it went out for delivery. I satisfied with the experience I had with the Burmese half wig. Thank you

Nice and quick! This is my second purchase for a half wig . The first one was amazing until I started cutting at it too much. It lasted a few months . I’m excited to wear this one without any cutting at it. I downgrade the density to 180% , I’ll return to give my 2 week or month review, if I remember ! Haha

the hair came very very quickly and the package came with so many extras! everything i could need to install this wig and look nice. the hair itself was very soft, nice, and full. however i did purchase 250 density and without teasing or anything i will say it’s not as dense as i expected it to be. but with teasing and separating the curls a bit you can achieve the full look.

The customer service was very nice, helpful and supportive!! The hair arrived within days and it was very smooth it smelled good and it has a very good quality. It also came with great instructions. The package also came with little gifts from the supplier which was very cute.

Never received item… took 2 weeks to arrive when I explain I didn’t receive package took 4 days for them to contact carrier to start refund process. Eventually had to go though bank to get a refund.
