The delivery side is frustrating as it was late for a present but I have received it in perfect condition with two free sample so yes I would purchase from here again.

Great online fragrance shop
Great fragrance shop, I was a bit hesitant to order at first due to other reviews mentioning missing or delayed packages but this seems to be an issue with the local delivery companies (SEUR) rather than VR Perfumery. My order did unfortunately get lost by the courier as well but I would suggest contacting customer service if there are any issues or delays, Daniel was very helpful in sending a replacement that arrived quickly!

Bonjour. Je souhaite partager mon expérience d'achat de parfums. Oui, avec un retard de quelques semaines, j'ai finalement reçu mes parfums. J'ai échangé des messages avec le service client, qui m'a expliqué les raisons du retard. Daniel a été très aimable et m'a rassurée. Aujourd'hui, j'ai eu une agréable surprise, car à l'intérieur m'attendaient une trousse de maquillage et plusieurs miniatures. Je recommande ce site à tous ceux qui souhaitent acheter un parfum de qualité à un prix raisonnable. Le plus important, c'est d'être patient et de communiquer.

En ese momento se produjo un desajuste puntual en nuestro sistema de stock, lo que provocó que el producto apareciera disponible cuando en realidad ya no quedaban unidades. Entendemos perfectamente su frustración, especialmente al no poder contactar telefónicamente.

Great product at a good price
Great product at a good price. Delivery was mediocre, but the excellent customer service provided by Daniel M made all the difference. This customer service representative provided timely and continuous updates, which really improved my experience. Without that support, this would have been a very different rating.

Schlechte Erreichbarkeit des Kundenservice
Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht vom Kundenservice von VR Perfumery.
Meine Bestellung wird auf der Webseite als „shipped“ angezeigt, jedoch habe ich bis heute weder die Ware erhalten noch eine Versandbestätigung oder Trackingnummer bekommen.
Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass auf keine E-Mails reagiert wird und auch telefonisch niemand erreichbar ist. Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht, warum eine Telefonnummer für den Kundenservice angegeben wird, wenn dort offensichtlich niemand Anrufe entgegennimmt.
Aktuell habe ich weder Informationen zum Verbleib meiner Bestellung noch eine Möglichkeit, den Kundenservice zu erreichen. Das hinterlässt leider keinen vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck.

The prices are very good but the delivery time is too long! I made my order in November and I only received today, in 5th january!. First SEUR lost my order, then it took more than 3 weeks to send another. Daniel, from the client attendance is very kind and tried to solve all the problems. I want to stay az a client but, sincerely, I don’t know!

Order 25 November for Christmas arrived…
Order 25 November for Christmas arrived 5 January. Website very difficult to use, tracking denied, order not recognised. When I eventually made contact, Daniel was very helpful and despatched a replacement. However, courier painfully slow (pick up?, their process?).
Re request for more, Daniel is fully aware of the delivery problems I experienced. The issue is more with the couriers used than VRP although their website was not helpful. First despatch was lost, I was told. Second took time to be arranged and collected by courier and didn’t arrive until well after Christmas.

Ware bestellt und nur Teillieferung erhalten
Ich habe bei VRPERFUMERY zwei Artikel bestellt, von denen jedoch nur einer im Rahmen einer Teillieferung angekommen ist.
Bereits beim ersten Versandversuch wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Ware offenbar nicht nach Deutschland geliefert wurde, weshalb angeblich eine Ersatzlieferung auf den Weg gebracht wurde. Bei der Bestellung handelte es sich um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk, das Mitte November eintreffen sollte.
Bis heute – kurz vor Weihnachten – ist die zweite Lieferung jedoch nicht angekommen.
Der Ansprechpartner Daniel, der auf meine Anfragen reagierte, zeigte sich anfangs sehr kooperativ. Es wurden mir mehrfach Trackingnummern zugesendet, die sich jedoch bei DHL nicht nachvollziehen ließen, da sie dort nicht existierten.
Nach diesen Rückfragen folgte leider komplettes Schweigen.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über den Verlauf, da das Hauptgeschenk für meine Frau bis heute nicht eingetroffen ist. Dadurch geriet ich in eine unangenehme Erklärungsnot.
Inzwischen habe ich die Bestellung storniert und hoffe nun, dass zumindest der Käuferschutz greift.
Insgesamt leider eine sehr unzuverlässige Abwicklung mit mangelhafter Kommunikation, was besonders bei Geschenken zu erheblichen Enttäuschungen führt.

Zunächst möchte ich mich aufrichtig dafür entschuldigen, dass wir Sie nicht früher bezüglich des Status Ihres zweiten Pakets kontaktieren konnten. Leider haben wir bislang keine Rückmeldung von der Versandagentur zu der eingeleiteten Untersuchung erhalten.
Um weitere Unannehmlichkeiten für Sie zu vermeiden, haben wir schließlich die Rückerstattung des Betrags für dieses Paket akzeptiert. Ich bedaure sehr, dass die Lieferung Ihres Geschenks nicht wie geplant angekommen ist und dass dies zu Enttäuschungen geführt hat.
Wir nehmen Ihre Rückmeldung sehr ernst und arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, unsere Abläufe und die Kommunikation zu verbessern, insbesondere bei Geschenksendungen, um solche Situationen in Zukunft zu vermeiden.
