Took a bit longer to ship, the first time I received a damaged item, they refused to refund/accept return. The next time send the wrong item and it also was damaged. After reading the reviews seems like this a pattern for this company.

I would not order from them I place my order almost 2 weeks ago and it has not shipped their customer service is very rude when they even respond. They will refuse to cancel or refund you. I would stay away this include their tiktok shop channel and vrarestore.com

Made order that was in stock they canceled it couple weeks later said no stock. Made another order a pre order in December 2025
Asked for eta 3/20/26 Funko has been out for month already .. they told me item arrived damaged from Funko and cancelled my order … keep in mind I got 6 of a Funko your telling me that’s all they ordered and all was damaged and no replacement would come in the Funko just got released I didnt not mind waiting I’ve waited 3 months already but they cancelled my order very sleezy place will not give them another chance waited 3 months for nothing and still have to wait for refund ridiculous

Order something a week ago and they haven’t even created the shipping label. Contacted support and I got email about sales and promotions but no one responded about my package! I just want my money back at this point I’ll never order from them again. The only people who ship in decent time is their whatnot channel and they suck to. I’m sorry but why am I getting spam from them but no answers on my order

Seems like all of the support agents are children. Have been waiting weeks and weeks for 4 Funkos I ordered and nothing and then they tell me it's not their fault and they can't do anything and there is no refunds. Straight up scam company. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

i was inclined to watch their live stream and won two of their auctions about two days apart. it took a little while for shipping but they arrived. this was good.

the bad. they have giveaways. (not really). i won a givy on Feb 4th i was notified that i won, and they'd reach out to me. no exaggeration i sent them 45 messages with one reply "they don't see i won a givy on their end" . they have bad reviews all over the place. and are impossible to get ahod of

Do not bother dealing with this con artist website. Left unanswered 2 weeks and then told to provide driver license and card picture out of nowhere after like 5 emails. I said I am not providing such credentials and also asked why did I not get updated at all then whoever I was talking to cancelled the order in a minute, compared to the fact that I did not get updated for 2 weeks; how surprising? So I said leaving 1 star for this bs then was told, ‘Amazing have a nice day.’ Do not bother with dealing with this childish carefree unprofessionals for free loans and trash cs. Felt like I was talking to a rude, uneducated high schooler. No wonder why most of people rated 1 here as well.

No returns, shipped months later. When I went to search my email for my order it would never show up. Months later, get a tracking update for something I bought at another store (after thinking thst I didn't order my items)

Terrible business.

Last place I'll ever buy from to get funko bundles. You can find a cheaper bundle at chalice and not have to wait a whole other month once the set drops. Oh I'm still waiting by the way!

J’ai fait une commande de Funko pops en décembre 2024 c’était une précommande , quelques mois plus tard les figurines pops étaient sorties sur tous les autres sites concurrents mais toujours pas de nouvelles de Vrare , j’ai envoyé plusieurs mails depuis des mois toujours aucunes réponses de leur part , j’ai demandé alors un remboursement ce qu’ils n’ont jamais répondu …
Il est impossible d’annuler la commande ni de me faire rembourser malgré tous les mails que j’ai envoyé
Ce site n’est pas sérieux n’achetez pas là bas
Je pense que je ne serai JAMAIS remboursé

Customer service doesn't exist. They do not answer emails. Haven't shipped my item but took my money and won't cancel.

Placed an order with them. Asked about shipping after 2 weeks and they cancelled the order without any notice. Second order I placed took 4 weeks to receive. 3rd order now and we are at 3 weeks with no update aside from 6 items randomly getting refunded. Again, no email, no correspondence. I only ordered as the sale was worth it, but now I wouldn't order on free pops...

Shipping was supposed to be 3-5 days. I purchased 10 days ago and still don't have a tracking # (it hasn't shipped yet).

Terrible experience, I should have read the reviews first.

You will experience your worst nightmare if you have to deal with their customer service\shipping department. they can't give you a straight answer or provide any valid updates. You'll never talk to anyone, and any email takes days to get a response.

Horrible company!! First and last time I will buy from them. No answer to messages, they messed up the shipping and called the bag back before it got to my house. 3 weeks, no answers and no backpack. Don’t give these thieves your money. Sending a report to the BBB.

Garbage experience. 1st and last purchase, no updates after multiple emails. Then when I do get an update they immediately send it out magically. Came in all messed up and of course like another review, blames my local post office

Horrible experience with this store. I had 3 orders with them, but not anymore. They take forever to ship the orders, the last order I requested to cancel and they didn’t respond, they just shipped it. So let me save you time and money and do not order anything from this store. They will be the next kraken collectibles or big apple collectibles which never responded and kept your money.

They send dented pops and then try to blame the shipping company like UPS. They make you file a claim with UPS even though its not the shipping companys fault. They refuse to replace the pop or send a refund. They are a horrible dishonest company.

Worst store to buy from , they treat there customers like nothing and they don’t give you no new about your orders can pass a month and still no tracking number . Don’t order from them
