VPX Anniesland the two male assistants are so warm friendly and helpful. Definitely a asset to the company.

Visited the shop in Anniesland and was warmly welcomed by a young man named David - was not sure what I was looking for or if I wanted to switch to vapes but he was so nice and put me at ease answering all my silly questions - patience of a saint - wish every shopping experience was like this and more staff like this young man - great customer service

The staff at the VPZ shop at Nicholson Street are A1; they are always extremely helpful and take the time to serve customers of the older variety like myself.

Had a problem with a new vape a couple of weeks back. The lad gave me a replacement and all was well. Yesterday, same thing happened again. Took it back and the same lad done a thorough check and found it was the coil that was the problem. Got it working again and all's good. Great service.

Had decided to up my kit from MTL to DTL. John was really helpful, to the point of setting up the kit and everything. The thing is, if you’ve vaped for a while, you assume that’s what everybody does (but it definitely isn’t!). So well done John in Irvine branch for giving my £80 purchase a bit more value.

Every time I visit my local shop in fort william they are brilliant very helpful and knowledgeable of products. There service is really good.
Its so good that they have the try before you buy testers as I wouldn't have found so many flavours that I like. Definitely recommend lychee lemon berry, strawberry,watermelon will be back to order more soon.

Currently trying to get hold of someone off an online order that has not been delivered but dispatched is a joke.:: emailed no response…wouldn’t mind but I’ve spent a fortune over the months. No response off customer service email been over 4 days now and the telephone number cuts you off!!!!

Made a large order 5 days ago, over £70 with 24 hour tracked delivery by royal mail. Customer service is a joke, been trying to call all day only to be hung up on and no response to various emails.
It's a shame as the store staff are great, totally ruined but the online incompetence

I placed an order on their website around 17:30 on the 17th of July. When I clicked to proceed with the payment, a message said the order could not go through and that I hadn't been charged. I checked my bank and it showed that they had taken £22.97 on the 17th. I haven't received an order confirmation either.

I messaged their customer services team at 18:12 on the 17th and asked if someone could tell me if the order was placed, as they have taken my money and asked when I will receive the order.

I received a message on the 20th of July at 14:39 from a person called Lindsay Baird at (VPZ) advising me that they can't see an order under my email address. They asked me which payment method I used (card, Paypal, Klarna) along with the time of the transaction and that they would be able to look into it for me. I replied to this person at 15:16 on the 20th and confirmed I paid by debit card.

I have tried to call their customer service department today, which resulted in several failed attempts (the call cuts off after 30 seconds)

All I want is my money back. This company is terrible. Do not do business with them.

Bought items with next day delivery cost met. Didn't get my order until four days later - when I queried this I was ignored. Not amazing tbh. It's not the first time that I've had to contact to get my orders.

Very disappointed. Will not accept £50 bank note. Won’t be back. Felt like a criminal trying to pay for goods. Given that the note came from Tesco card machine, and £50 in today’s price climate is not a fortune. No signs in store to warn you.

Terrible company, shops okay, but online service is terrible..

I ordered some e liquid and replacement pods on 07/07/2026. It is now 10/07/2026 and they have not arrived. Therefore, could you please send me my damn stuff so that I do not have to set up a dispute and force you to give me a refund?

I am writing regarding my first online order with you, and I have to say I am extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately, I received five of the wrong flavour. I ordered five Blue Sour Raspberry, but instead I received five Hub Blast. This is really frustrating, especially as it was my very first order with your company.

The reason I decided to order from you was because I suffer badly with anxiety, and on many days I struggle to leave my home. Ordering online is therefore the best option for me. I was actually going to place my order with my usual company, but I decided to give you a try because of your offers and your points rewards system, which really appealed to me.

However, receiving the wrong items on my first order has left me feeling very disappointed. It’s not the first impression I was expecting, and it has honestly made me question whether I want to order from you again in the future.

Then proceeded not to reply to any emails

Ordered a vape to arrive in 24 hours ,now 48 hours, tracking showing nothing and NO customer service, waited for over 20 minutes going round in a loop with a robot, will just buy elsewhere in future

I ordered my products online on Thursday 25th June 2026 and paid extra for DPD guaranteed next day delivery. To date... Monday 29th June 2026 I have still not received my order. When I telephoned customer services, the service was shocking, several e-mails later and still not received my goods. They couldn't even get my name right! Will never order from this company again!

Racheal and Alex were amazing. I am thinking of quitting smoking and moving to vaping... and wanted some good honest advice. I will definatley be returning to the store when I am ready to transition to vaping as they were so helpful and friendly and did not judge me
