I used this company in order to obtain my NIE for a property purchase in Spain as I am from the UK. I was honestly a bit hesitant at first as you never know if it is a legitimate business but I have to say I couldn’t be more happy with the level of service offered. It was nothing short of exceptional. You pay a considerable amount above what the NIE actually costs but if you are not in Spain or want a hassle free experience I would highly recommend you use this company. The communication is excellent, there is always someone available to answer the WhatsApp messages or emails. They made everything super simple, with clear guidance on what is required and how to obtain each item.

I had a great experience with e-residence. I was in a very stressful situation with a tight 10-day deadline to submit documents for my Spanish work visa, and I was already in Spain, which made everything more complicated.
Their team was extremely responsive and solution-oriented from the very beginning. Even though my request was a bit outside the standard flow (apostille + sworn translation of a Portuguese criminal record), they quickly adapted and guided me through the right process.
They handled the apostille efficiently and coordinated the sworn (jurado) translation according to the Spanish requirements. Communication was clear, fast, and very supportive throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was their speed, flexibility, and willingness to help under pressure. They understood the urgency and delivered.

The E-residence team members are all capable & extraordinary helpfull, and complete in their given information, no short cuts but fully attention all the way, with immediate updates after actions taken. Furthermore I applied for a NIF on date 10-03-26, took the option 10 daysz duration. It was already signed and sealed on 16-03-26. Extremely fast after the required uploaded information my ways.
Futhermore E-residence is available for more information or guidance for a whole year after my date of applying for NIF, which can be extended if necessary for other purposes regarding emigration to Portugal.

The reason for the 3 star is that after receiving confirmation that my document met the requirements, I received another message and had to resubmit one of them.
The first document had financial infos blacked out according to your instructions. I had to resubmit it unveted.

Ha sido muy efectiva desde el primer momento, fue entregado antes de lo previsto, lo único en adicionales es el cobro del servicio anual por ser representante en Portugal ( trámite un NIF) no es especificado al momento de la solicitud de costos, sino que se agrega de forma automática al momento de pagar, creo que es importante acotarlo con antelación porque el diferencial puede marcar un margen de casi el doble del pago inicial
