I bought a SIM card from this company and it never worked. For over a month they kept promising me a refund, first saying it would be processed “next week,” then “within 24 hours,” and so on. In reality, nothing ever happened. No refund, just empty excuses and lies.

This company is dishonest and unreliable — basically scammers. Do not trust them.

I have used Voyafly before last December without any issues. However, last December the eSim did not work in the country I was. I understand things can happen. My problem is not that the eSim did not work, my problem is that it is May and I still have not gotten a refund from Voyafly. They kept telling me it was coming, but it never arrived. they are not answering their WhatsApp or they have me blocked.
Buyer beware.

For the Canada, i payed for an illimited data esim 10 days with a connection plus. But i learned after that after 1gb per day the connection is very very slow , internet site dont show, no débit. I asked for a refund et désactivate the esim, nobody answered me. Very very bad expérience, use an other site

My first eSIM purchase and experience.
Great product and fantastic customer service. I needed them a couple of times and they responded really fast over WhatsApp and talked me through everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Voyafly I’ll definitely be using you again.

scam in daylight, offers “unlimited” data but it cuts off after 2 gb. speeds after that are literally unusable, cant even search on google without it taking minutes.

Voyafly Unlimited Data / 1 day / $7.95 turned out to be a SERIOUS SCAM. After 2 GB it stopped (down to practically zero).

The serious thing is that this is NOT MENTIONED in the offer, right down to the small print. It is only in the terms and conditions on the next page where Voyafly mentions that 'Unlimited' is cut off after 2 GB 'for the sake of fairness'. What kind of swindle is that?? Why even bother calling it Unlimited instead of just 2 GB? Ah.. because no one would buy it!

I searched and bought 'Unlimited' because I had to download a lot of data (around 300 GB). There has been no feedback from Voyafly on my complaint so far. My negative comment on their page on the other hand was deleted.

Voyafly is a company not worth to be trusted, in my opinion.

Bought a plan for Qatar - but did not work after 1 day. Talked to customer service, and they said they would cancel the order and refund my money.

No refund has been made yet! Tried to contact them several times now, but no answer back! So my advice is, find another company to buy your esim from.

Avoid at all costs. I purchased their plan for Japan, and it did not work. I had professionals from other companies try to fix it and they couldn't. They said I would need a connection point, which is not provided anywhere by Voyafly. I contacted support for a refund months ago, and they never got back to me.

Their Esim was a lifesaver during my recent trip. I used it to navigate the subway, find local restaurants, and even translate menus. The data was fast and reliable, and the activation process was a breeze.

Habe zwei E-Sim Karten am 31.10.24 gekauft, die eine wollte ich am 02.11.24 in Katar, Doha aktivieren, funktionierte aber wegen angeblichen Netzwerkproblemen nicht. Aber im Hotel oder Flughafen, funktionierte das Wifi einwandfrei. Es wurde mir die Rücküberweisung innerhalb von 10 Tagen versprochen, sollte eine E-Mail bekommen. Aber es kommt nichts. Das beste kommt ja noch, die zweite Sim wird auch rückerstattet, da es nicht getrennt geht.

I could only use the service for less than 1day on our trip to New Zealand. The next day no internet service and was told technical difficulties and will get back. Inspite of assurances no service and was forced to buy another service from a different provider. I was assured from mid October till date that will be given a refund but totally ghosted. Waste of time and money. Run away from dishonest #Voyafly#. Would have given negative 5 if possible.

Avoid this company , the e sum worked for a few days then went dead . I contacted them and they offered a new eSIM or refund . I’d since read other reviews so I asked for the refund and purchased an ESIM elsewhere .i was promised a refund within 19 working days , nothing came through .i sent a bunch of emails and got no reply . I then sent an email threatening to open a chargeback on my debit card . I got an instant reply saying the refund will
Arrive with in 24 hours. That was 3 days ago . I’ll Open the chargeback tomorrow . These guys have the morals of a con artist and shouldn’t be in business

Marketed as unlimited data, when they only give you 500mb of internet 😂😂 honestly the worst experience I’ve had with an ESIM company. The only technicality they got me on was that in the corner they had written that the internet “slows down” after you run out of 500mb. But who would think to read that when it says “unlimited data”. Waste of money

Worked for a few days then the speed started dropping, nothing at all today, wondering what is this product their selling

The system was down for 1 day and we had no access to the internet. We were on a trip with 7 people and needed access for bookings, train tickets, maps, translator etc. We really had a very bad day and many problems.
The website mentioned NOTHING, just "website is under regular maintanance". So we thought there was a problem with our cell phones or whatever.
Voyafly just said "Sorry", no refund, no offer, nothing. I asked explicitely for it, but no answer.
Voyafly claims to offer a "reliable eSIM solution". This was not the case.

Avoid at all costs. Bought 15 days of unlimited internet for 15 days. the set up was easy and worked well, but after 5 days i could not connect to the internet despite perfect mobile signal. Before the total failure i had soeed problems from day one. The connection was extremely slow despite 3g/4g connection. no help, no refund (like promised), only option i had was to buy another e sim from another company. dont do my mistake and buy from voyafly. Check their 5 star reviews, all come from ppl with 1 review, sus huh??

I got unlimited esim for 15 days and it does not working.

Scam, no 5g or 4g in Norway. Too slow to do anything. Had to use my French SIM card to write this review.

This Provider is a scam. I bought 5 days unlimited Internet and got transfer Rates of amout 0,1 MB/s.
A Service/help does Not exist. Do not buy anything from them.
