Scam. Don’t trust anyone in this company.
Most likely they are operating it from India. I paid them a good amount of money but as result I got nothing. My website was constantly facing issues,many times was hacked by adult websites. Every time I addressed the issue , after few days again and again.
They simply ripped me off because I didn’t have much experience how to deal with them.
I trusted the person whom I was in contact (Carl D’Souza ). Good talking gentleman but I shouldn’t have trusted his soft spoken words. I hope God will punish them all very soon.
They don’t exist in USA.

I would give them a 0 if I could. They bait and switch you into thinking you are going to get a full website after talking to sales and buying the initial package. Mine was $1299. Then they give you a project manager who continually talks over your head and finds every way to upcharge you before you can move to the next step! Now I have paid over 5.5K for my website and hosting and have NOTHING to show for it. I am sincerely angry and disappointed as they will not make my website live unless I give them another 5K for social media/marketing. The last thing I want to do is give them access to my social media accounts. They already stole my domain from me- this is a NASTY COMPANY! Do not trust them.

Bait and switch. I’m currently filing a law suit. They won’t answer your call and they won’t even give me the “back door access” to my own website.

This company should be held accountable for their nonsense. Who takes 8 months to do a simple ecommerce business website. It is all about excuses and delays. I thought I did my homework with verified reviews which are all lies and made up. Such people and companies need to go to jail. It's called fraud!. Especially I wasted 8 months of my life waiting to have my website developed and start making money. Thank God is didn't pay alot of money at this point out to really make me feel ripped off. I just hate how much time they wasted. Thank God I stopped paying them until I got more work done that they didn't do and avoided a big headache. Please do not use them, They do not communicate or follow through with your project. Don't waste your money. Buyer beware!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUILD YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!!! I spent over $5000 to have my website build. It took about 2 months for the website to go live, even after it with live I immediately had an issue with the site. There is no customer support line you can contact if you have an issue, you have to contact your developer and it takes time for them to make any necessary correction. Fast forward to Jan 2023 my website checkout cart does not work, when asked what going on I was told that my "someone tried to play with the payment which left cart feature broken." I don't know who someone is because I am the only one that has access to my website back office. Christopher Adams is his name told me he would have to escalate my issue to the compliance department but it will cost me an additional $1,050 for them to fix the plug-in and that was the suppose discount price because they were asking for more than that at first. I WISH I HAD NEVER RAN ACROSS THIS COMPANY. NOW I HAVE A WEBSITE THATS CREATED AND I CAN NOT FULFILL ANY ORDERS BECAUSE THE CHECKOUT CART DOESN'T WORK. PLEASE I WARN YOU DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THERE OBJECTIVE IS TO SUCK AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF YOU AS THEY POSSIBLE. THEY ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL YOU. VOX WEB STUDIOS SHAME ON YOU ALL I HAVE NEVER SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON A WEBSITE THAT I CAN NOT PROFIT FROM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF YOU CHRISTOPHER ADAMS TO TELL ME "YOU DESERVE A THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU ARE DOING FOR ME." ITS CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS APART OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION. I HONESTLY WISH I COULD REPORT THIS COMPANY AND HAVE THEM SHUT DOWN. I WORK TO HARD AND EARN MY MONEY HONESTLY TO HAVE IT JUST WASTED FROM A WEBSITE I CAN’T USE.

Horrible. I hired this company in October 2021 to create a website for me. I dealt with a different person each time, the work was never completed, I kept getting surprise charges, and they refused to refund my money when I was finally able to reach someone. Nobody who worked on my website still works there, and the person who I spoke with recently accused me of threatening him when I mentioned calling the Better Business Bureau (which I have done and a Complaint has been filed). DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

I had a client come to me with malware on their site built by Vox Web Studios and they couldn't remove it and would not give another developer access to the site. They are held hostage and will have to recreate the site. STAY AWAY

We have been working with (Oscar) at VoxWeb Studio for almost a year now on various projects from re-vamping websites to physical banners. Some projects had deadlines, and Oscar made sure those deadlines were met. Any time we have a question, and/or issue they answered them in a timely fashion, and explain everything in detail.

Do not engage with them. They operate with no contract, they farm you out to Webzterz, who are not capable of providing a functional website, even after their request to pay even more money. Lesson learned for me to take them at their word. Very sad that businesses are able to get away with this kind of customer treatment.

*** THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ***
This company does not provide any useful service to anyone. They are only interested in taking as much money from you as possible. Their positive reviews are fake, the negative ones are real. The locations they supposedly do business out of are for office space rental locations, with no real addresses.

Their domain name for their website is registered to one of these fake addresses in Iceland, while they advertise doing business in California. The California address is also fake.

What they do:
1. Give their customers the sense that they are a legitimate company.
2. Promise to give their customers what they want for a good price.
3. Then, they drag you along for months until it is too late to dispute the charges with your credit card company.
4. Refuse to refund your money, though they offer 100% money back when you sign a contract with them.
5. Then, they just stop responding to communications, knowing it's not going to be easy to track them down and get your money back.

Do yourself a favor: Save your time and money and find someone else to complete your job for you. You will not get anything from these people.

If you want to be tricked out of your money with no product, then go for it. The 5 star reviews are fake and they are most definitely a scam. Please do not go to these people! They aren’t even based in California, let alone the US!

My logo design went very smoothly and I’m very happy with the end result.

I had one of the worst experiences with Vox. I reached out to them originally because they're work look very good for a reasonable price. I was just starting out with a new business and obviously with any new business, money is not flowing in. I had just recently lost my job due to covid and was desperate for work. So my husband and I decided to take the plunge and go for one of Vox' packages. We could afford much as I not only lost my job, but we just bought a new house and adopted a baby. We got hit hard because of Covid.
Oscar was the man who worked with us, he seemed to do everything I asked, the website came along quite nicely. Once the website was up and running, he asked me if I wasn't to purchased a protection plan that was just about twice as much as the cost. I declined, naive but also low funded. He insisted and I still declined. Website now is up and running, two days go by, it's been hit by a virus. Now I am unable to have a live website! What?? What happened how?! So I called Oscar, he said unfortunately this happens when you aren't protected. Ok well what do I need to do to become protected I ask. He says you can pay this much and it will be up and running again... so happens to be the SAME amount they had asked me for right before the website launched. I was in tears. Well do I HAVE to do that? He said yes if you want your website up and running... so there I was, broke, looking forward to this wonderful website that was giving me hope for a financial future, ripped away. Total scam. TOTAL SCAM. I paid it, then had to have my website shut down only a few months later.

Sure Vox will offer you a great website, at a great cost and with underlying "unforeseen issues."

So shop at your own risk.

They also made me realize the potential of there optimization program so I agreed …I would recommend Ethan and Eric and there team at Vox Web Studios to anyone who wants there vision to come to life great job my friends

My experience was good overall. We were happy with the work performed on our websites and it was good having one person of contact (Carl) to answer any questions and guide us to the process. Looking forward to our next projects with Vox

I have been working with Carl , so far my experience is great.

I really hate that its come to this because I am not one that likes to leave bad reviews that could hurt a business. But I have tried multiple approaches to resolve these issues over the last 6 weeks and am beyond frustrated at this point. This will be a very long and detailed review.
I was contacted by Carl after putting out a search for a marketing company. He seemed very nice and trustworthy. In April 2022, I paid $4500 to begin 12 months of SEO services with Vox Web Studios and was GUARANTEED that I would be one the first page of Google within 4 months and would see a gradual increase of traffic leading up to that. In May, he brought up social media management and recommended that I sign up for that service as well for a discounted rate of $3250 for 18 months. I agreed and paid. Shortly after that, he also recommended that I pay for ORM (online reputation management) where they would help me gather reviews on trustpilot for my business. At this point I was getting skeptical but agreed to pay another $2000 for ORM in June. I immediately regretted this decision and asked to cancel the ORM service, in which Carl said the money had already been spent and they could not refund it. (Bull crap). Weeks later, after expressing multiple times that I wanted a refund, I finally contacted the billing dept that directed my call multiple times until I finally got a hold of Oscar who is the Senior Finance Manager. He said he would look into this and eventually did refund me the $2000 to cancel the ORM services. I was happy about that.
Regarding the social media management: the ads were done weekly and sent to me for approval. The grammar was poor and I had to edit them each time. I ended up getting frustrated that I constantly had to edit and re-write the ads that I was paying so much money for them to do. They posted them to my social media and I would receive 1-6 likes per post. When I posted my own content, I had much better engagement from my followers.
In the meantime, my SEO had reached the 3.5 month mark with nothing significant to show for it. I was only getting 2-3 visits to my website per day, maybe 8 on a “good” day. There was no visible increase in traffic that I could see. When I compared my website traffic reports from the months prior to hiring them to the time they had worked on my site, the results were actually worse. I expressed this to Carl and Oscar MANY times. I requested to cancel all services on 8/3/22 and locked them out of my accounts on 8/9/22. They did not even notice that I had changed my passwords until 8/23/22. I remained calm and respectful through multiple emails, and yet they began ignoring me. When they finally agreed to check with the finance dept to see how much they could refund me, they said they could only give $1250 out of the $7750 of my money they still had. I instantly became very upset because I told them I was willing to pay for 3 out of 12 months for SEO and 3 out of 18 months for social media even though I was not satisfied with any of it. There is no way my refund should only be $1250 when I received less than 25% of my services. Every email I sent was to both Carl and Oscar. I stopped receiving responses from both of them. I finally opened a dispute with my bank on 8/30 that is still pending.
Yesterday, I received a generic email from Vox Marketing stating that they had a 70% discount and the total charge for all these services is $1132 with a “100% satisfaction and 100% money back guarantee”!! I forwarded this to Oscar to ask why I have still not received a refund since they have a satisfaction and money back guarantee and have yet to get a response.
This whole situation has caused so much anxiety and stress for months and I just want it to be over. I feel that I have given them MORE than enough time to make this right and instead they are just ignoring me. So unfortunately, here I am…writing this review.
**Edit to add: On 9/21, Oscar reached out to me after he was notified of my review. They offered to “make things right” and gave me options for a 2 year discounted contract with them or a refund. I still ended up requesting the refund and he said it would be issued immediately. He sent me a picture of a “refund confirmation” for the $1250 amount but not the rest. I asked for a confirmation for the other $6500 and he said he would send that to me as well. He never did. I have sent multiple text messages and emails since then and have not received any response. I NEVER received the refund back on my credit card. I was told that it could take 7-10 days to show up (perfectly fine). But it has now been 11 business days and nothing has come through.
