I am trying to return a product that I tried to cancel the order but it was left at my house. Have sent 5 emails to support and have had no response (they claim to reply in 24 hours). What a joke. Have called support 5 times and am told that I will receive an email with a prepaid return label. Lies!!! Plus they tacked on a $9.99 fee for priority handling and customer service. I want to scream.

Absolute scam, do not buy from these people, I got two order confirmations with phone numbers that were disconnected. I have emailed 3 times and no answer, I finally got a real phone number and called a call center that handles over 1000 companies and they did not have my order despite giving them my order number. Run as far as you can from these people

Either someone hijacked their website and email or this is a total scam.

I tried to place an order, and a big red alarm came up, which I didn't understand, with a dash - S something. Looking it up, it meant a fraudulent account and to capture the customer's card. Hard to do online!

Twice on my CC account, Jomhome was charged both for the failed purchase of $39 and another for about $6. Plus another pending charge for the same $39 from another processor.

For days, I got notices that it was still in my cart along with notices that it had been shipped and a tracking number would be available shortly. It has now been over a week.

Now, almost daily, I get an offer for a 60% discount. I have never purchased anything since the transaction was flagged by Chase.

Upon research, I found that Jomhome is an often-reported fraud charge.

They also keep sending me daily:
"Thanks for your order you will be billed under jomhome (this word is what will be shown on your bank statement for this payment). If you have already received your order please disregard this email! Hello Dave! I am hoping all is well! :) I wanted to reach out to you and let you know that your order is on its way to you."

Chase had to cancel my current credit card and I have already received the new card with different acct number etc.

I ordered a solar-powered lantern that lights up my patio each evening. It arrived on time and was securely packaged.
