Cancelled order, debt collection and no customer support!!

My order was cancelled and marked as refunded, but the Klarna invoice remained open. Despite multiple attempts, I received no response or assistance from the shop.

Furthermore, the shop’s website is currently not working, and the provided email address does not respond or appears to be inactive. There is no way for customers to contact the company.

Instead of resolving the issue, the unpaid invoice was transferred to a debt collection agency, which added extra fees and interest. The amount increased from €77.79 to over €130, even though the order was cancelled.

The case has been reported to the relevant supervisory authorities and will be handled through formal consumer complaint procedures.

I find this practice highly unprofessional. Customers should not be held responsible for system errors or lack of communication from the seller.

I strongly do not recommend this shop!!

Chaussures payées et jamais arrivées et surtout pas remboursées ,je ne recommande absolument pas car impossible de les joindre ils ne répondent pas ni mail, ni wattsapp ! C'est un scandale

Ho acquistato le scarpe 3 novembre mi ha risposto il negozio che ci vuole un'po di tempo per la spedizione . Il 19 novembre hanno annullato il mio ordine. Oggi abbiamo il 11 febbraio non ho ricevuto il mio rimborso e il negozio non mi risponde. Non consiglio a nessuno.

Biggest scam i have ever seen, i ordered some timberlands a while ago and as i expected they never arrived so i did it through klarna just to be sure and when vosneakers cancelled my order i showed it to klarna but vosneakers had the audicity to tell klarna that they did arrive? anyways i got my money back and i let klarna know that this are big time scammers!!

Hola buenas e tenido el mismo problema que las otras personas me han cancelado el pedido y les he mandado correos y hasta tienen un número de wasapp donde me escribieron diciendo que el pedido está bn y que en unos días me los mandaría y ya llevo casi tres meses y nada de nada y encima la empresa klarna. Les ha reclamados y dicen que no devuelven el dinero 🤑 y les enviado correos y les e escrito al número de wasapp que tiene y no responden así que me parece que son unos ladrones e tratado de arreglar por las buenas con klarna ya que vosneakers no quieren responder me va tocar denunciarlos ya que parece que no son serios

Truffa su ordine effettuato a inizio novembre, il 19 novembre con e-mail comunicano l annullamento dell ordine, su mia richiesta (assolutamente falso), ovviamente nessuna merce e nessun rimborso mai arrivato, e come per magia il sito che prima si poteva trovare scompare e le recensioni negative che prima non si vedevano appaiono… Pagamento effettuato con Klarna, che nonostante tutte le contestazioni continua a tenerlo tra i negozi disponibili e rifiuta tutte le contestazioni arrivate verso il negozio…

J’ai commandé vendredi matin, samedi c’était là! C’était super rapide! Mes chaussures sont arrivées dans leur emballage d’origine, avec un badge attaché à la chaussure avec le logo de VOSneakers qui prouvait que le produit avait bien été vérifié! Je suis très satisfaite!

É una truffa

I cannot access their website and when I do my safari page comes up with an error it tells me it could be a scam website. I ordered some Ugg trainers for my son for Christmas and did it through Klarna this was on the 10th November and I got an email on the 19th of November saying that I had been refunded and as u cancelled my order whennunfact I didn’t cancel my order. I have put a second report in on Klarna as the first report said there wasn’t enough evidence and they are still going to make me pay for and item that I have never received . I can’t get in touch with VOsneakers as I can’t access their page this is so frustrating.

Absolute con they are a total fake site. I have read other comments from other customers and I've exactly the same complaint. Purchased a pair of trainers then waited 10 working days for delivery but VOSneakers on the last day the trainers were meant to be delivered sent me a text message to say that I had cancelled my order (which I didn't). I tried calling them to ask what was wrong but ZERO answer, two days later I received an email to say they had cancelled my order because of supplier issues. 40 days later NO REFUND and zero communication from them. I paid through Klarna as VOSneakers was actually on the Klarna website. Zero help from Klarna because apparently they are nothing to do with Klarna they just advertise on Klarna's webpage. Total scam from both companies

Klarna möchte jetzt die Zahlung für eine Ware die nie erhalten habe.
weis wer was man da dagegen machen kann???

Bestellung wurde vom Shop storniert . Problem Klarna geschildert, die haben jedoch eine Ablehnung von V sneaker bekommen . Keine Ahnung , wie Klarna einen Kontakt herstellen konnte ? Es funktioniert nichts mehr , die Homepage öffnet sich nicht mehr , emails , WhatsApp etc . Klarna hat das Problem als gelöst deklariert . Ich soll also demnach eine Bestellung bezahlen , die nie ankam ?!

Non vi fidate.. effettuato un ordine il 16 novembre ( sito proposto da Klarna( .. tutto benissimo.. ordine confermato e dopo 3 giorni arriva una mail dove diceva che l' ordine era stato annullato da me!!! Assolutamente non vero... Ma il pagamento no . Tutto come dal piano impostato.. chiedo chiarimenti tramite mail . Ma nessuna risposta . Vado sul sito . Sparito anche quello.. ottimo direi. Faccio segnalazione su Klarna e loro respingono.. dicono che devo contattare loro.. ma come??? Il sito lo proponete voi... Controllate almeno prima!!!! In conclusione io pago x un prodotto che non ho mai ricevuto.. grazie Klarna x il servizio clienti!!!!!!

Sono stata truffata. In data 9 novembre ho acquistato un paio di scarpe che non sono mai arrivate. Ho contattato l'assistenza dopo qualche giorno perché vedevo che le scarpe non venivano inviate e mi scrivevano rassicurandomi che avevano 5/10 giorni di tempo per spedirle. Ho sollecitato diverse volte fino a quando in data 19 novembre il mio ordine viene annullato via email. Peccato che a oggi in data 18 dicembre non ho ancora ricevuto nessun rimborso come può testimoniare anche l'assistenza clienti klarna. Loro non rispondono più
