In cases where the courier is unable to deliver a parcel, it is automatically returned to the sender. The reason why your shipment was returned is still being investigated. Unfortunately, we did not receive any notification from the carrier about this situation, which is why we were unable to inform you earlier. We sincerely apologize for this.
Regarding refunds – our standard procedure is to process them once the parcel has physically returned to our warehouse. In your case, the parcel has not yet arrived back to us; however, understanding the urgency of the situation, we have made an exception and issued your refund in advance in order to provide you with the best possible resolution.
