I own two Vortex monovulars, the Vortex Optics Recon R/T 15x50 Tactical Scope Monocular and the Vortex Optics Solo R/T 8x36 Monocular.

I was born with one eye far sighed and the other eye near sighted, which means I can’t use binoculars. Monoculars are the only game in town for me.

I live on a boat and travel on/about 6000 miles a year and needed a monocular so I got the Solo. LOVED that so I got the Recon. Both are solid and very dependable. but thats not why I am writing now.

I needed a new clip for my Recon so I asked VortexOptics via their customer service online for information on how to buy a new one. With NO QUESTIONS ASKED, they sent me one for free. During the conversation, I also asked the size of a replacement bolt (tiny bolt). The also sent that no questions asked.

I have been around a minute, and I dont think I have ever seen finer customer service. The fact that the customer service is attached to exceptional product makes it even better!!!

Bought my wife (a serious deer hunter) a pair of vortex optics 4 years ago. Something was wrong with the from the start. Thinking they were damaged during shipping. Couldn’t focus both eyes. Busy with young kids and life , After 4 years finally called them. Gentlemen that answered the phone (mind you I didn’t wait longer than 10 seconds) emailed a shipping label. 10 days later we had a new set of binoculars!!! Made in the USA!!! Best feeling doing business local. From Northern Ohio to Wisconsin. Love the service and response!!!!

I have several Vortex scopes and rangefinders, and they are a great value at each price point. My 8(?) year old Ranger 1300 rangefinder wouldn't turn on with a new battery this past season, and I finally sent it in for repair. Their email updates were timely, and since it wouldn't repair, they sent me a new Viper HD3000 rangefinder! Fantastic. Who else would do that?

I called vortex and I ask how I can get some optics for service. The guy answer the phone says I can help you with that. I told him about the items I need it service and he say let me send you an label, he emailed me an label. I send a scope, a 8x42, 15x50 and my spoting scope. About 1 week later I got an email that my binoculars are not repairable so they send me 2 new pairs 2 weeks after that I send my tripod for service. All this services cost me ZERO the customer service Vortex has is beyond EXCELLENT. I'm so pleased THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I managed to stupidly lose the turret caps from my Crossfire. I emailed them to see if I could purchase them somewhere in the UK. They immediately answered and posted me two out from the US. Couldn't believe it, here in the UK I'm use to abysmal customer service. I know I'm just doing airsoft/milsim but couldn't recommend them more.

Bought the Vortex HD Diamondback 12 x 50mm binoculars from South West Optics in Torquay, England. Couldn't believe how bright and sharp these are compared to a cheaper pair i have from another brand. Like night and day. Had never heard of this brand before but glad I chose these after reading positive reviews.

love their product, but they do not care about their customers or their lifetime warranty. I’m visually impaired, which Means blind they are making me miss my one time a year’s hunt for blind people and other handicapped replacing the scope that I bought when the guy said that I could run over it in the parking lot and he would’ve replaced it Worst experience of my life if you guys want good products go to Black Rain Ordinance They treat you like a human. I told the guy at vortex that I’m blind and he emailed me the mailing thing and chuckled and said how are you going hunting if you’re blind like laughed at methat’s how considerate they are. They said the scope was good. It will not hold where I say it in that it keeps walking left or right I don’t understand He said on the bench it in, but in the field, it walked and would not stay dead nuts and vortex is the worst company that I have ever dealt with as a handicap. I would not recommend them to nobody. They do not care about their customers. Call Black Rain Ordinance if you guys have any issues or want great products and great people who stand behind their product. I’m so disappointed it’s sad going hunting makes me feel normal like I’m a normal person and it’s not gonna happen because vortex don’t care about their customers nor handicap people

Vortex is one of the rare companies that really stands behind their product. I own Vortex scopes and red dots and when one of my red dot sights stopped working, I contacted the company and they were great to work with. I sent the item back to be fixed and they kept me updated throughout the entire process and were very quick.I won't stray too far from this company.

I bought a 15-45x65mm spotting scope. Dropped it and broke the ocular piece. Called Vortex, the rep took my info and had a new eyepiece shipped to me inside of 7days.
They even threw in a ball cap, which I now wear often!!
Great scope, great service, grateful customer!

I bought a Vortex scope on sale at Bass Pro....roughly $710 for $590. It was a display scope. The couldn't find the box so they discounted it more....I contacted Vortex on the phone and within 7 days Vortex sent me a scope optics ,cover, sunshade, 2 manuals for the scope and reticle , cleaning cloths and a ball cap.

Above and Beyond Customer Service.

I owned my 3x Magnifier for roughly TEN years. Through user error, I broke the mount to it. I have to stress, this was not a product failure - *I* broke it. I called customer service and asked if there was a way I could order just the mount rather than having to buy a whole new magnifier. Not only did they send me out a replacement mount for at no cost, including shipping, they overnighted it. I came home from work the next day and it had been delivered - granted, I only live in the next state over from them, but still.... Oh, and they even put a free hat in the box, which I'll proudly wear.

I had red dot for about 5 year it started not to hold zero called vortex the next day I got a return label then they it wasn’t repairable so that upgraded I got a red dot they next now that’s service now that how a warranty should be 👍👍👍👍thanks Mike

Hands down the best optics you can buy! High quality, reliable, precision performance, at a great price!! And on the off chance you actually have a problem with a Vortex product, you WILL be taken care of with ZERO HASSLE!!! Ive never seen or heard of a company with a warranty that compares to the Vortex V.I.P.

I have Eagle Optics binoculars that are over 20 years old. I lost the left ocular lens. Took them into the Guelph facility. They were repaired and serviced in less than an hour. The customer service person I dealt with, Holly and the binocular technician Brian were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Even although Eagle Optics has been out of business for over 6 years my lifetime warranty was honoured. My sincere thanks for making the experience easy. I give Vortex five stars for customer service.

Kind of just blew my mind. Dropped my scope and busted it internally. I was just honest and told them, they told me to send it in. They paid the shipping mind you. And they sent me back a brand new scope. I just became a vortex customer for life. Remember, this was my fault, not the fault of the scope. Incredible.
