Very bad flight experience and even worst customer experience:

Original Flight Cancellation
My original flight was cancelled, and I was informed of this cancellation less than 14 days before the scheduled departure. As a result, I was rebooked onto a later flight.


Rebooked Flight:
- New Flight Number: V7 4134, from Athens (ATH) to Santorini (JTR)
- New Departure Date and Time: 27 July 2024 at 22.45
- Actual Arrival Date and Time: 28 July 2024 at 04.43


Rebooked Flight Delay
The rebooked flight was significantly delayed, resulting in an arrival at my final destination 5 hours later than originally scheduled.

Volotea refunded me for the first flights (4 people in total) while never replied about the second flight been delayed of over 5 hours.

I wrote several times to Volotea to customer(at)volotea.com, to info(at)volotea.com. I even wrote to David.Gonzalez(at)volotea.com (Volotea General Manager).

No answer, totally ignored (even if Volotea suggest to contact them, they don't reply).

I have sent emails sistematically since July 2024.

Comme d habitude, voyage au top tant à l aller qu au retour .
Depuis la création de la Cie, j effectue ainsi que ma famille et mes amis environ 6 à 8 vols par an et JAMAIS eu de problème....

Vergonzosa la manera que tiene esta compañía de robarte. Reservé dos billetes para un vuelo que incluía una maleta de 10kg gratis para cada pasajero al ser miembro de su programa de fidelización (Megavolotea). Al finalizar la suscripción de manera automática semanas antes del vuelo, me eliminaron las maletas incluidas en la reserva sin avisarme, y al llegar a la puerta de embarque me cobraron 130€ por las dos maletas. Una auténtica vergüenza, a lo que cabe añadir el pésimo y antipático trato del personal de la puerta de embarque. Por suerte estas prácticas se han declarado abusivas y pienso recuperar mi dinero, no volveré a volar con esta compañía.

My recent outbound flight from ATH to PMO was a complete mess due to inefficient handling. Upon arriving at the gate, there were no staff members present, yet everyone lined up as usual. We ended up standing there for over an hour without any communication, only to eventually receive a text that the flight was delayed. There were no staff at the desk to answer questions, leaving the elderly, children, and disabled passengers to wait in uncertainty, which understandably created a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, this frustration was unfairly directed at the crew, who were left to manage the aftermath. To make matters worse, they rushed the boarding process by packing us onto the bus to the plane, only for us to wait again as they finished offloading passengers. It was clear that the plane wasn’t cleaned properly before we boarded. The entire experience was highly disappointing.

Almeno mettere un numero valido che permetta di parlare con una UMANO..

Aggiungo anche il fatto che il bagaglio da "10kg" dato con l'imbarco prioritario è una truffa...
I 10kg non sono per la sola valigia piccola ma sono la somma di valigia e bagaglio a mano...

Se potete evitate come la peste.

Volotea cada día tiene peores profesionales, tanto en tierra como en vuelo
Mal educados, prepotentes y agresivos
Cuando haces una reclamación te piden lo imposible de demostrar, la mala educación me pueden decir como la demuestras?
Cada día baja más la profesionalidad de esta compañia

Se podía pensar que overbooking era cosa del pasado, que las leyes perseguían estas acciones de vandalismo, protegiendo a los usuarios frente a la ambición de las grandes compañías.
Hasta que te ocurre a ti.
Cuando al facturar tu equipaje para viajar y disfrutar de tus vacaciones te dicen que no tienes asiento y ves despegar el avión y te obligan a retrasar tú viaje 1 día, ya que en aeropuertos pequeños como el de Asturias, en pleno mes de julio, no hay posibilidad de reubicación, (y la propuesta es 3 horas de coche para coger un vuelo y después otro y llegar al destino pasada la media noche. Esa no es una opción),cuando te sucede esto piensas que has retrocedido en el tiempo o estás en una republica bananera.
Me ha pasado a mí y otro día te puede pasar a ti. Volotea me ha dejado en tierra acortando mis vacaciones, para obtener más beneficio.
No sé quién tiene más culpa, si la aerolínea que lo práctica o las leyes que lo permiten.
Cuando me sea posible evitaré viajar con Volotea.

Volotea sollte sich einen Beispiel bei Easyjet nehmen .
Ansonst Flug ok bis auf die Personal Sprache in Englisch .
