1.5 hours for free everyday is great. It worked well besides some specific vocabulary of quantum physics. I used it to transcribe a german interview and it worked almost perfectly.

Your speech is automatically converted into text in virtually any language. VoiceToScript is a fully AI and language model-based transcription service You can try it for free: every user gets 20 minutes completely free. VoiceToScript accepts any audio or video file. The format doesn't matter, as long as it contains sound. So whether it is an .mp3, .mp4, .mpeg, .avi, .aac, .m4a, .wma, .wav, .flac, .avi, .opus, .mov, .ogg or any other format', VoiceToScript analyzes the file and checks whether it contains an audio stream. You can also have direct transcriptions made of YouTube videos, for example. Your privacy is our priority and we do not store your data longer than necessary. Once the transcription process is completed, reviewed and emailed to you, we will delete all your uploaded files from our systems. Uploaded files that have not been processed will be automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not store the files on our servers longer than necessary. Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry that your transcription of the Chinese (Hong Kong: zh-HK) language was not up to standard. Trusting you did select the right spoken language, we have now removed that language option from our system, because of its quality.

Please send your audio file to support@voicetoscript.com so we can investigate it further.

U schrijft dat vindt dat er 'Teveel blanco's tussen getranscribeerde stukken' zijn. We vernemen graag wat u hiermee precies bedoelt, is het bijvoorbeeld tussen woorden, regels of alinea's? Liefst voorzien van een actueel voorbeeld.

I am glad that it was possible to print…

I am glad that it was possible to print the speech.
But there is too many error in translating it, thinking you could deliver it to your secretare. You are the only person that can correct it.
It was my very first experiment using it.
So If I should use it another time I will start with yours. Also I will reccommend your app if I was asked to give a solution in that area.

It is true to say that the AI generated transcriptions are not a 100% flawless and need to be checked against the original recording, which we are clear about in our communications. This is why we always offer a 20 min free trial, so the potential customer can check if VoiceToScript does meet his/her needs prior to a purchase.

The quality of the transcription is largely depending on the quality of the recording as well as the accuracy of the language model (in this case Danish). We will look into this to see how we can further improve this.

Un ottimo servizio

Sicuramente è un ottimo servizio, semplice da utilizzare e con buoni risultati . Era tempo che cercavo la possibilità di trovare un softwear che mi permettesse di trasformare in testo l'audio dei video. BRAVI

Always proofread the entire text.

Most of the transcribed text is perfect, but ... there are still unexpected issues which require manual corrections even in case of audio files of professional recorded audio-books. Finding them requires re-reading of the entire text along with listening to the audio-file. The hints given pointing towards some as hard to recognize highlighted words are not helpful in this process. On a 5 kByte large text be prepared for the necessity to fix 5 to 10 issues (error rate of up to 1%) on professional recordings.

You are absolutely right that the transcripts are not 100% perfect and that they need to be proofread. This is something that we also clearly indicate on our website (up to 98% accuracy) and again in the accompanying email with the sent transcription.

You indicate that you have found an accuracy of 99%. That is a very good score given the current state of AI technology, but we will certainly continue to improve this further.
