If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was never even able to use the service, because it would not allow me to sign in. I emailed back and forth with "customer support" (canned AI responses) and went around in circles with no help. I repeatedly asked them to cancel my subscription which they did not. They have now charged me for 5 months and I am disputing it with my credit card company.

Promising Start, Disappointing Reality
At first, I was impressed, no other AI I tried could upscale 1K video to 4K without noticeable quality loss. Unfortunately, after a month of use, I realized it’s not worth the money. I cancelled my subscription, yet it was renewed anyway, which is very frustrating.
The video quality is far below expectations, and the image generator produces blurry results, when it doesn’t fail completely. I’ve seen better output even from Google Gemini and that’s not exactly known for outstanding visual results either.
It also supports English only for ad videos, which feels limiting but poor quality. Honestly, this feels like just another AI startup copying the same formula without real innovation.

I have been using Vmake .ai for long…
I have been using Vmake .ai for long time & I beleive I am one of the first users of Vmake ai. I use it for video enhancement of my favourite songs from Youtube & I have enhanced close to about 750 Bollywood songs from 1965 till today, for my personal use. I am so very happy with the quality & ease of use of Vmake ai that i have been a regular for almost a year with them. I have tried almost all so called top notch video enhancement softwares but I can say that Vmake ai is the best in terms of ease of use, speed & quality output. Thank you.

It works 90% of the time. I like it, will continue and makes editing easier but, it has it's glitches. Sometimes you can't download form the link and you have to download the video on a separate platform and then re-upload the MP4. Slightly annoying and time consuming but, not enough to stop using the platform.
