If i could rate this zero i would. I have tried to cancel this service. They continue to bill me $9.99 a month. They responded once with "Go to website and cancel". I have no username or password as i tried it out once and never used it again as it was not very good. i have asked countless times to stop billing me and to terminate and credit my account. Their customer service is very bad, they reply in a robotic manner without answering the request.

I tried to cancel my subscription
I tried to cancel my subscription, but the cancellation option on the website was not available and the instructions were inaccurate. As a result, I continued to be charged ($9.99). I contacted support and requested cancellation and a refund. Subscription management and cancellation need significant improvement.

Continuing to charge me subscription after cancelling
I cancelled my subscription on 7th Feb, and they have continued to charge my card monthly. Please refund all unauthorised payment and stop these monthly payments when i do not have a subscription.

Not so good with watermarks
I watched a couple of videos and thought I would give it a try. I have some watermarks I was wanting removed and let Vmake give it a try. It did not work out well, some parts of the video were removed that should not have been and other parts the watermark was removed and others not. I'll give a couple other features a try but what I am experiencing is the ai has too much control and the user much less. The price is reasonable if you can find functions that work for you but my main goal was watermark removal and inserting.

The ai watermark remover didn’t work… NO REFUND
The ai watermark remover didn’t work for my video. I contacted customer support and the agent told me because they let you see the video before purchasing credits, they could not refund me. In my case, I was never shown how my video would look until after the purchase page. I contacted again, giving proof, and still they are not offering a refund.

Good technology, bad customer service
I used Vmake for the first month of my subscription to enhance video and it worked very well. Moreover, I am dissatisfied with the billing and accounting as they did not have my subscription under the correct email. I supplied proof via their own invoice that my account was under the billing email and they said my account was under an email that I did not use for the subscription. Their replies did not make sense and English was even off in the replies.

I’ve been using Vmake for over a year
I’ve been using Vmake for over a year, but lately the service has become overpriced and honestly frustrating to use.
Previously, $9.99 allowed unlimited watermark removal. Now, for the same price, you can only remove 3 at a time. That’s a huge downgrade and feels really deceptive.
What used to be a smooth, efficient tool has turned into a time-wasting experience. Definitely not worth it anymore—I’ll be switching to other services.

Assinei o plano plus na data de ontem 30/03/2026,porém cada vídeo feito usa 300 de crédito. Usei a opção de réplica de vídeos coloquei um vídeo referência,imagens mais descrição do produto e mesmo assim os 2 vídeos que pedi para serem refeitos vieram errados totalmente diferente das imagens e vídeo referência,foram utilizados 500 de crédito não consegui nem terminar de arrumar o vídeo,sou divulgadora de produtos e utilizo muito a ferramenta fazendo 20 vídeos por dia e com vocês não consegui completar um. Solicitei o reembolso e não querem me reembolsar informando ser um produto online. Referente o código do consumidor tenho até 7 dias para desistir ou me arrepender da compra tanto online quanto produtos físicos. Essa ferramenta não me favorece e por isso quero o reembolso.

They give 300 credits to trial use, and then require 324 to use a function. Support is totally useless with wrong answers. They will fail.

Doesn't work, Scam product
Doesn't work like it said it does, try to upgrade video and didn't work. Within an hour of purchasing App requested a refund and customer service giving me run around with bogus emails that don't work on how to unsubscribe, and app doesn't show in my app subscription purchases. Will have to go through credit card company for refund. Avoid this app at all cost.

Scam - Disingenuous Company
