VKS Arvostelua

It is always tricky to buy cricket gears online, as the image does not always represent our personal requirements. Till date, I have bought 3 cricket bats from VKS, 2 online and 1 from the store. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the bats, and the overall efficiency in delivery of the bats. They are very professional and know their products. I do look forward to buying more cricket gears from VKS.

We are very happy with there service. And we will use them in future for sure.

This is the message I received from VKS before Xmas.
Please note we are based in the UK and to send this to Australia would be very expensive. We are therefore cancelling your order, unless to you wish to pay the charges.
Whilst clear and concise - I actually found the message quite offensive - to cancel the order before I had time to consider my options - I did not find your company at all helpful and would not consider 'attempting' to purchase anything again!

Checked a few sites for a new cricket bag for my son. VKS had the bag we wanted and it was a competitive price. Once ordered the bag arrived promptly and my son was very happy with it.

One word will describe my experience....EXCELLENT.

Awesome service and great updates. Makes my GSK team look slow.

The site was easy to access, navigate and find what I wanted in a very short time.

From start to finish I found Vks to be helpful and informative - these guys really know their products! So much better than buying from one of these faceless sports megastores in my opinion.

I'll definitely be going back for my future needs.

A place to go with professional advise and a good range of kit available. For odd ends to bulk orders, they do it all.

Ordered a few cricket items from VKS recently. Order arrived exactly when they said it would and I saved money. So would highly recommend them

Beautiful bat which is everything VKS said it was, my son can't wait till the season starts to put to the test. Thank you for your help VKS as ever.

Very cooperative and knowledgeable staff. They provide the customer service one would look for.
The quality of products is superb.
Very timely delivery overseas.

I had a truly great shopping experience with VKS

I know you have offered an exchange but I have to send them, when a simple QC checK would save all of the aggro.

Website was easy to navigate - the product I was looking for was available at a competitive price and I received it really quickly. Would definitely use VKS again.

I have been ordering from VKS for last couple of years and am amazed by their prompt response and service...............

I've ordered from VKS a few times, and the service is always great. Never any delays in delivery and product is always spot on
