Absolutely adore this brand!
I have placed multiple orders with Vixn and every time I am reminded why I love this brand and why I keep coming back. The designs and versatile, the prints offer something for literally everyone and the service is spot on. The brand identity is so fresh and continuously evolving to keep up with the customer base. I’ve always got a Vixn tab open in my browser and keep an eye on the socials for the next launch. I LOVE VIXN! 💕

I really love my Vixn sets
I really love my Vixn sets, they're flattering, a great fit, and light weight which is ideal when doing dance based fitness. The patterns are gorgeous and sharp, really high quality print. I fell in love with their cross over style tops, they are beyond cute. Delivery was swift, and communication from the company was excellent, there's definitely a personal touch with their orders and communication that is super nice.

Always fab service and items
Every item I’ve ordered (I’ve ordered about 4 or 5 times now) has came quicker than expected and the quality of the items is fantastic. The material is soft and the patterns are beautiful. The fit of the items is exactly as described so there’s no doubt about whether it will fit or not. I honestly have no complaints what so ever and will be ordering again!

I really love the outfits designs and the fitting I have ordered many times off vixn and mostly been happy and had lasting garments. Did have one incident where the material faded and went bobbly after couple washes so they kindly exchanged the outfit. Customer service is very good. Defo recommended the outfits

Owner transformed my experience
I initially loved the items I ordered but they weren't quite the desired fit (please make petite leg trousers!!!) The quality was lovely and I'd purchased due to unique design!
I requested a refund and the process was easy enough, things initially didn't go too well, however, the owner reached out to me and resolved the issue. She was lovely and apologetic- if you introduce shorter leg I will come back to re-purchase!

Hello Jessica,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and for the delay in getting your refund processed. I missed your follow-up email, and at the time your return hadn’t yet been logged in our system, my apologies for the inconvenience this caused.
As a small business with a small team, returns can take up to 14 days to be received, logged, and processed. That said, I’m glad we’ve now resolved this and your refund has been issued.
Thank you for giving us a try, and I’m sorry the trousers weren’t the right fit for you and that you had a bad experience with our customer service. I manage emails on my own and as we have had back-to-back launches the past 4 weeks I wasn't able to keep on top of it as much as I would have liked to. We really appreciate your feedback and will take it on board as we continue to improve.
Sorry again!
Best wishes,
Rebecca

Love my wee set from Vixn
Love my wee set from Vixn. Great quality clothing and really nice design. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because part of my order was on backorder and I would have liked regular updates on the progress of my order. I will definitely be ordering from Vixn again.

Hello Ruth,
Thank you so much for your support and for taking the time to leave a review. We’re so glad you love your set, that truly makes us so happy!
I’m really sorry there weren’t any updates regarding your pre-order. This is something I’m actively looking into, as I know how important it is to stay informed. At the moment, I’m unable to email each pre-order customer individually, but I’m working on setting up an automated system so updates can be shared more efficiently in the future.
Thank you again for your helpful feedback, it really means a lot and helps us continue to improve. We so appreciate your support!
Warm regards,
