Broken book shelves from Vivre.bg
I ordered two book shelves from vivre.bg in December! After i received 5 e-mails informing me that the two packages were sent via courier. Two months has passed - nothing. I wrote via the chat in the site to ask what’s going on. Another week goes by. I receive an answer - the courier claims that they delivered one of the packages and the other one was lost. This can’t be true, since the order is cash on delivery and I didn’t pay anything. Another week goes by. I received another message saying that the courier admitted that they broke one of the packages and they returned them to Sterling d.o.o. They asked me if I wanted to re-order the book shelves and I said “Yes”. Today I finally received shelves. One package was badly damaged. The long panels inside were torn off in the corners. The decorative long panel that stands in front was broken! They didn't re-order the shelves, they just sent me those two packages that the previous courier company had mishandled. So in the end, instead of replacing the shelves, they sent me the same damaged goods that they took back from the courier. I am extremely disappointed with your incorrect attitude! This is the last thing I will buy from you and all my friends will hear about it. I hope those responsible for this disgrace are fired!
