Received email may 25th my order was ready to ship. It is June 6th and still have not received order. I am now believing this is a product of China and it will be a piece of junk. Thought it was made USA my bad. Just another rip off by China
I answered their ad for a television antenna.
I filled out the form and checked all required entries then entered my credit card data for payment purposes. Incredibly, when the order showed on my computer (in less than one minute) the order showed that I had purchased five (5) antennas, not one antenna as I entered on their form. There also were other small charges on the order that were not disclosed before purchase. Within just a few minutes, I called the company to correct the error. However, I was told that the order had already been packed and is ready for shipment. That is highly unlikely and does not make sense that an order would be physically packed and ready to mail in less than 15 minutes of the order being placed.
I asked to have the order cancelled so that I could try again to order the correct amount (one antenna - NOT five antennas). I was told that it is not possible change the order.
This type of stunt does not make goodwill for a company when they multiply my order quantity by five times.
This is fraud to have their order system programmed to multiply the order by five when a customer orders one item.
I will report this to my bank along with the refusal to have my order corrected after I called within a few minutes of my noticing the wrong amounts on the order.
