I have visited their Portman Square…
I have visited their Portman Square London clinic at Shadi Salon. They have issues with their equipment and the staff lack experience. My last visit I had to prompt the staff that it was not working, she had to reset the suction. Had I not noticed the fat freeze treatment would have been incomplete. This happened on every visit with their staff. The last visit few days ago the staff had to use glove boxes to support the unit on my body. No stand or clamps to keep the unit steady. It was a very strange situation. I don’t think their machines work properly. Also they don’t keep records of your treatment to check if you have any improvement. Also when you are done with the treatment they suggest you try something different as in constant upsell, this tells me what they are providing will not work. Seems like a scam. Waste of money!
P.S. i have taken a pic of how the boxes were supporting the equipment to keep it still.

After speaking with the team, we would like to clarify the following points:
Our consultant confirmed that once the applicators and straps were applied they were suctioning as expected and functioning in line with our clinical standards.
The consultant understands you found the treatment uncomfortable and offered to remove the straps and hold the applicators manually for the duration of your session to increase your comfort. You declined for her to hold the applicators, so she adapted the application using an alternative, comfortable method to secure them.
The consultant who treated you has been with our company for over ten years and routinely adapts treatments to prioritise client comfort and safety.
Straps are the standard protocol used to secure applicators during cryolipolysis treatments both in the UK and internationally; the use of straps is not unusual or unsafe.
Regarding suggestions of other treatments, these were discussed as possible alternatives that might benefit you; any additional treatment is entirely at the client’s discretion and never mandatory.
We take all feedback seriously and aim to resolve concerns fairly. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can discuss this matter and work toward a resolution.

HIFU treatment
I just had my second session of HIFU treatment at the London Portman Square branch. After my first session, I would say I noticed a 10-15% improvement in my face. Hopefully, this second session will show significant changes. I had these sessions with the lovely Khadeejah. She’s sweet and kind. Keep doing what you’re doing! See you at my third session. xx

Fantastic Hifu facial
Fantastic Hifu facial. It was thoroughly explained to me and during the process I found it quite relaxing. Like a dull ache/zing in places. Too soon for the results but highly recommend - the clinic is lovely and the lady who did it was so friendly and helpful.
