Worst customer service to cancel the…

Worst customer service to cancel the service and to answer questions I call to cancel my service and they told that it will be canceled after 20 minutes to give me the round round and next month I got a other automatic charge I call back and the first person hung up after she was trying to give me another story I had to go to legal process to do my cancelation

Are you able to provide any records of a single contact ever made with anyone at Vivin App?
Moreover, we have never made automatic charges to a client up to this point, so the experience you describe is definitely not related to our platform.
