Excellent service, very good tidy clean plumber, a credit to vivid.

It was a good experience, especially Eileen she has been amazing helped me throughout the sale of my property.
Many people have negative views of management companies, but mine personally was a very positive experience.

Had an emergency call out to fix my front door as the lock had broken. Visited by Jurgen who called to say he was on his way and managed to do a temporary repair to the front door so at least my property was secure. He was courteous, extremely professional and explained the next steps including that he would put in a request for the lock to be fully replaced and also showed me what the issue was. He is a credit to the repairs team

Jurgen was absolutely brilliant tonight, quickly fixed my locks. Friendly professional and great with my young son!!

The company need to be more respectful towards customers especially Disabled ones the operator I spoke to treated me like an idiot
3 hour job and workman turned up at 11-45 for a three hour slotted job they just don’t care

Mia helped us on whatsapp and live chat 2 days in a row. She was professional, courteous and friendly.

Pretty much everything is badly fitted, they flooded part of the landing and hallway, someone stole the plug off the cooker, the bathroom tap/shower has amazingly low pressure so the shower attachment is useless, the tiles around all the sockets are out of line, the trim around the kitchen window is shocking, and none of the cupboard doors are level, and the trim around the edges of the all the counter tops is shockingly bad. And waiting for them to show up, only for no one turn up on one occasion. I could go on believe me.

I had a lovely Gent out today to fix the cistern on my toilet,His name was Carll Ellis , he was prompt,tidy professional, informative polite and did a fantastic job highly recommended, Thanks Carl

Jurgen came out within 30 mins for an emergency call out which was quicker than expected as I was told up to 24 hours. My overflow pipe was gushing water on my patio and had been for well over an hour while were on a hosepipe ban amd in a drought. He found and fixed the issue quickly and was really lovely polite and as a bonus..dog friendly :) really happy this was dealt with so quickly!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been left without a working hob for almost 4 months (since moving in). No clue to when it would be fixed, 30 out of 32 flats in our block with the same issue. Only one has received compensation. I have 2 kids 3 and under and pregnant so cooking decent meals has been hard. There has been 0 communication apart from a text to ask for feedback on their services so here it is 🙃

Staff are usually very helpful and easy to contact. We are still waiting for a solution for multiple problems which we have come across since moving in to our house, however this is bound to happen as it it a new build.

One star too many. Liars and only looking out for dirty filthy benefit fraudsters. I complained about DOG SHIT for 16 weeks in Milton Close Popley One and the so called Housing Officer for Popley One did nothing. The STINK and SMELL in the HOT weather. I put uo a divider to keep the fluthy neighbour off my side of the drive and I get told they sent a person who they emailed to say I have to remove it. The same neighbour has a very large Conservatory up in the back with NO PLANNING PERMISSION ALLOWED to keep
it up. They have removed internal walls in the house and they DUST and SMELL and BANGING at night was a BLOODY JOKE. the person I am talking about is on benefits and her and her boyfriend works. He works via a recruitment agency. Vivid comes across aa RACIST HOUSING ASSOCIATION. I’ll monitor and see if they run around the neighbours like they did to me and see the walls and conservatory done with NO PLANNING PERMISSION.

The Planning team Natasha and Zara the Housing Officer for Popley One in BASINGSTOKE are totally USELESS and a total JOKE.

I AM A WORKING CLASS PERSON WHOM PAYS THE RENT EVERY MONTH WITHOUT FAIL! MY NEIGHBOURS (WHO CLAIM BENEFITS ILLEGALLY I MAY ADD) CONSISTENTLY MAKE NOISE, LEAVE DOG FOR 10 HOURS, LEAVE DOG POO FOR WEEKS WITHOUT CLEANING UP ETC! I HAVE PHONED CONSTANTLY TIME AGAIN AND VIVID HAVE FAILED TO TAKE ACTION! VIVID ARE QUICK TO TAKE ACTION WHEN RENT IS MISSED, BUT WHEN YOU WANT TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST A BUM OF A NEIGHBOUR OR REPAIRS, VIVID DO NOTHING! VIVID ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS!! THEY ARE INDEED THE WORST HOUSING ASSOCIATION I HAVE RENTED WITH!!!

Jurgen came out to sort out a plumbing repair this afternoon. Something that has been going on for a few weeks now.
He is a very friendly chap and kept me in the loop of the repair being done.
He fitted a new ball valve and so far it seems to have done the trick and doesn't sound like the QEII coming in to Dock! Thank you Jurgen!
