I Have lived in a VIVID property now for just over 6 years and i cannot fault the repair services. Weve had to call them out several times over the past 6 years and each time they are always friendly, helpful and when hes awake they dont mind my son watching there every move, and asking 10thousand questions.

Helpful call handler and got though quickly enough but still too many automated messages at the start of the call

The service I get from this company is shocking some staff are very rude aswell would not recommend going with this housing company.

I have left previous reviews but want to put this out there... We are entering month 15 of living in a home with subsidence. Two surveyor reports. It took 8 months for them to put a camera in the drains that the first survey told them to do. Finally soil samples have been taken at the foundations. 2 complaints in this time (still waiting on my compensation from the last complaint which has already passed its 10 day deadline). Roof is meant to be being replaced and silence on that. We have bowing windows and you can see the outside in a couple of the wall cracks. I asked for management transfer and do not qualify (despite being agoraphobic). Environmental Health refused to visit! My only option... I have to go back onto the Housing Bidding List... the list I waiting years on for this home, 3 years in this broken home and now likely more years waiting to move out. Why are VIVID not held accountable for homes with bad structural issues? Why must the tenant have to waste more years waiting again to be homed. VIVID is responsible for this entire mess! and wasting my life in the process.

Update... My Husband addressed them about why rent increased during a time where this home is not fit to live in and structurally damaged. They claim they spoke to me and it is 'never to be mentioned again'. I have documented everything and they never once addressed the rent as I proved. Landlord Obligation: Under Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (and the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018 / Section 9A), landlords are legally required to keep the structure and exterior of the property in good repair. We have windows bowing, walls cracked in 4 rooms, this week we noticed the floor is separating from the wall in one room! My Husband has asked for rent abatement and their response was to close his claim!

The repair was carried out the same day as I reported it and to my complete satisfaction.

Residents are paying a service charge for communal cleaning and nobody has come in nearly 3 months! Today I spoke with the company and they had nothing useful to say to resolve the filthy communal areas . Then straight after closed my case . So left paying for a service that’s not being upheld by the contract.

Was put at ease and was polite and helpful at all times because of my anxiety someone will be out to do what needs doing

Messaging through the portal was a lot more successful than telephoning Vivid direct. Good service was received online.

Absolute terrible housing association. Due to no fault of our own on 3rd Aug our back window shattered. I reported it immediately due to fact my wife suffers severe mental health with anxiety and depression. Also due to mobility difficulties sleeps down stairs. Vivid are aware of this. Someone came out and sealed window with sticky film. Since then we had 1 text message on 4th Sept saying no appointment available but will be in regular contact stating with update in 5 days weather any change of not it's now 28th Sept and herd absolutely nothing. I rang and made complaint today then by magic was given 23rd Oct. Some 11 weeks after. Totally unacceptable just goes to show vivid don't care about there tennents disabled or not absolute discusting.

Useless , turn up without an appointment but miss arranged appointments , turns up but can't do the work as wrong parts ordered or not enough time to do the job.
Tell you they're on their way only to txt 30 mins later to say they turned up and no-one was home despite me being home all day and losing £700 in work to be home , then they are shocked when you tell them you have cctv and a ring doorbell.
Useless and id be dead before they get it right

Had Jurgen out today on a Saturday last minute to fix my toilet that was leaking and blocked, he was incredibly friendly and very helpful and done an amazing job! Thank you so much Jurgen

Incompetence, rude letters with no right to reply. Bills with no explanation, work quoted at ridiculous prices and not followed through anyway, causing unnecessary stress to lease holders.

Aiden, was a very polite guy, explained what he’s going to, also explained, that there could be a possibility that the design could be unavailable.
He glue the door in the mean time, so it look better than it did.
He was asked to looked at two offer jobs, that was done by a previous Vivd guy because I was not happy with the jobs.
Aiden rectified there and then one job, the previous guy done.
The second job, items needed to be ordered, Aiden also booked the job in with vivid and this with be completed on 15th Otober 2026.
He was extremely professional, an asset to vivid.

ON EXIT INTERVIEWS THER TOLD WHAT MANAGER IS DOING BUT HES STILL LEFT TO TERRORISE OTHER STAFF WITH NO ACTION! They let bed bugs infest the whole if Scott’s court in Farnborough. I have only just had the people round to spray my flat. It’s cost me hundreds of pounds to fix and vivid won’t even refund me or call me

You was supposed to have called me and failed. You have had plenty of time to respond and answer a simple question.
When was the first reported case in the block? Easy question and it wouldn’t be disclosing any personal information but so far you have refused to answer. You also told me not to worry as I’d know if I had them. It’s cost me so much time effort and money and you haven’t done a thing to help.😡😡😡 this is on top of leaving me without a working toilet for 6 months due to parts 🙄 and the worst one, voting against me in a child protection meeting before any court case had occurred and then it turned out I was actually in the right and won the case easy! I can’t stand vivid

Arrived on time and completed the repair to a high standard.

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Repeated lack of action. Major leak on Sunday but here we are 5days later and still no hot water or heating, only reduced electric supply. Appointment made for electrician to call Wednesday and this was pushed back to Friday and no explanation as to why. This is one of many failures by Vivid. Severe lack of communication even though I have called several times this week. Being classed as a vulnerable tenant because of health problems, I mistakenly thought Vivid would deal with this with some sort of urgency. So wrong.

Disgusting service!! The problem hasn’t been fixed it’s worse than it was and I had to wait ages for the repair in the first place!!
